The booking process was…
The booking process was straightforward. We were given the name and contact details of our inspector. He arrived on time and was very polite. He explained everything clearly to us and our EPC certified was received promptly. All in all a very good service and well worth £79.

Very easy to understand and order the required services, which were a Floorplan and EPC Certificate, in my case. The information flow and post order support were great too. Response to inquiries were really good with an acknowledgment of the request being sent straight away with clear indication of when the customer service representative would complete the request.
Couldn’t fault the service that was provided!
