The sales person took the time to explain options, service. We had a lot of questions
The installers took time to review system and help determine best placement for pan/tilt camera.
The next morning one of the 4-yr old girls tried to open the door prior to the alarm being disarmed and the system worked appropriately. We were contacted and able to let them know that all was ok.
I would certainly recommend them to others.
Fast, friendly service that provides a great level of protection.

The sales manager Paul was great! He not only gave use a great deal but also when telling use about his security system was very thorough! Did not pressure use in any way and also was very nice and freindly to not only myself but out little puppies too!

I was very pleased with the knowledge that they had and they answered all our questions and were supper friendly. They were not pushy and very patient.

I honestly don't like door to door reps, BUT when Envisions rep came to our door I was hooked. I had a long day, was trying to get ready for a date night, the kids were all crazy, the dogs were barking at I swear nothing at all, and then the bell rang. I opened the door and instantly thought oh geez here we go. The thought lasted 5 seconds because by the 6th second the rep already had me hooked. He knew his product, he didn't stumble, he answered every question I had, he wasn't pushy, and he understood my need to talk over the information with my spouse before committing. He gave me his cell and he patiently waited for me to call him back to let him know my decision. He received his call three hours later with an affirmative YES to proceed. He came out the next morning, redid his pitch to my spouse and papers were signed immediately. The whole thing was fast and easy, the installation was done within 48 hours of us signing up, and the system is super easy to use. Our monthly payment is reasonable and well worth the service we received. I would recommend Envision to everyone :)

I had been thinking about adding home security when I moved into my new home and was pleased when an Envision Security salesman visited the day after I moved in. My parents recently had another company install their security so I was pleased to find out the pricing was comparable - however Envision's technician took only about an hour or two to install and explain the system whereas their tech from another company took about 5 hours! Within a week I accidentally set off the alarm for the first time and was thrilled when someone checked up on my through the monitor to make sure we were all ok. I have already slept better knowing we're more secure with Envision.

Great company. Not out just to get your money but make you feel protected. Customer service is awesome. Will recommend to everyone as a first choice home security services.

Hello and responding to the request for review. It is nice to have the audio function on the front panel to communicate with the staff when an alert does occur, the garage door alert and the broken glass monitor. The only concerns have been that the FOB does not work even when standing at the front door and aiming at the panel and will not turn off the alarm function and the garage/laundry room door panel to enter the code to turn off the alarm does not work and was told by the tech who came out to service this problem that I would have to forcefully enter the code to have this register and still does not disengage the alarm. I have had a alarm laundry room panel when entering from the garage for years with another company and did not have to do this so obviously this panel is not working correctly. Basically just got tired of calling for service and to be told that this is the way it is. When I enter from the garage/laundry room area I have to rush to the front of the house to enter the code and this is an inconvenience considering I paid to have the panel installed in the laundry room to disarm the alarm when I enter from the garage. My other alternative is to park in the driveway and enter through the front door to disarm the alarm and then go back outside to open the garage and park my car. If I had known this would be the case I would not have switched from my other alarm company to your company as all of their equipment worked and when service was provided they fixed the problem. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

envision came to my home and showed me how my old adt system could be converted into a viable working home defense. the salesman was professional and friendly. he showed me for the same cost i could have the same protection plus much more. the installer came the very next day, he too was professional and courteous. he explained all the details and made sure we knew how to operate system before he left. the whole experience was satisfying to a customer.

There were some problems when I first became a customer. We previously had an older sysem and a technician made tow trips out before the old system was taken completely out. We are very satisified with the product and service. I will recommend it to anyone who would be interested.

Very satisfied with up to date equipment that you don't need a manual to understand. It is very user friendly. Envision worked with us to make sure we had enough sensors in all of the places that we wanted to protect, when we first signed up.

Also they are quick to respond once the alarm goes off -- something I accidentally found out for myself when I didn't put the password in on time. Right after that, I heard a voice on the intercom asking was everything ok. I have no complaints, I never feel apprehensive setting the alarm once I leave the house or when I go to sleep.

My husband and I had a great experience with envision security. Signing up was easy, installation was quick, it was an overall excellent experience.

My home was being monitored by ADT and I was far from pleased with the service of my monitoring that was provided to me by ADT!

From the knock on the door, till the minute I signed my contract I had never experienced this kind of customer service before. My salesman was professional, courteous and very detailed with every question I had. The price was very competitive and the salesman even went above and beyond to explain the differences in all the security equipment they provide. The installment started the next day and it took appx 2 hrs. The installer was very professional knowledgable in his line of work. He even took the time to explain the functions on the alarm panel and gave us several ideas to help us understand the control panel for further changes. Till this day i feel 100% safe and secure in my home!

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. They take the time to answer every question big or small. If you just give them a chance to come in your home and explain to you everything they offer I'm sure you'll be pleased!
