They were quick and knowledgeable about their equipment, answered every question I had, and they weren't pushing for a sale.

Carl explained everything in great detail, the different options and how the system responds and the entire network in general. Free install and equipment. Installation was a breeze and quick. The installer made sure I was familiar with the equipment and how to use it. Overall a great experience. The ability to use the system utilizing a smart phone or tablet is super handy. I would recommend them over all their competitors.

The techs were able to use all of our old hard wired system (except the keypad and controller of course) and also added a couple of new devices. Overall the service was prompt and the system was up and running within an hour of his arrival. The sales guys were very courteous and were able to answer all of my questions. They also called me right back after leaving a voicemail. Good customer service.

I have nothing but good things to say about Envision. From the first point of contact each person I came in contact with was exceptional and understanding. I initially almost cancelled my install even though I was leaving town for two months. My concern was the five year commitment to the service. However, in consulting by with my sales rep I was reminded that the system can move with me anywhere in thcontinental US.

I am currently away from my home and confident that my things are safe. My service people are able to access my home when needed using their own programmed arming and disarming codes. The mobile app is awesome and super user friendly. Wow technology and a good company working to provide a great reliable service. Good job Envision!

Fast install and great customer service.

I recently had another security company which I was going to upgrade. Envision by far out did my former security company, I whas able to upgrade my system . I recommend envision to all my friends.

After the birth of our daughter, my husband and I knew home security would be very important. Not only for the peace-of-mind it would give us while we are away from home but having the doors/windows alert us when they open helps keep an extra "eye" on where our daughter is in the house. The best feeling is knowing you're family is safe and sound.

After deciding to leave our previous provider we shopped around a bit and found Envision to be the best choice for us. Their equipment and service were comparable or even better than the competition, and their pricing is quite competitive. Their customer service is where they really show themselves to be a cut above the rest however. Everyone we dealt with (Alex & Isaiah - sales/Daniel - tech) was professional, timely, honest, and pleasant. Our system is wonderful, and we feel safer with the added abilities and safeguards our previous system lacked. Overall, they did a really great job. We seriously recommend speaking to Envision before signing the dotted line with anyone else. They will earn your business.

My wife and I were so please, we replace our Cox Security system with Envision. We like the ability to issue individual codes and there is a human voice in case of an emergency. Having the ability add to the system was a key point as well. We are looking into adding a digital lock in the next 30 - 60 days.

Sales guys were great, and very knowledgeable, I appreciate the great customer service and support they gave. The installation service was also great. I believe that I made the right decision to switch companies, I very much disliked Guardian and their customer service. Thanks Envision

So far, I have been very pleased with the Envision experience. The process of getting signed up was extremely easy. And, the install was the very next day. From the sales associates to the installer, the people were extremely friendly and helpful. I love the ability to access the security system from my smartphone. And, I love that I can set different codes for different people and know immediately who is disarming the system. Thank you Envision for helping to make the switch from a much less personal security company so easy.

After being heaitant on getting a security system, Isaiah, the sales representative for Envision, was very patient and answered all my questions. I felt very happy with my purchase and I felt I made the right decision selecting Envision as my security system. Every time I call in just to clear up how the system works, everyone has been so nice and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Isiah for being patient with me!

Salesman was top notch in explaining the company and its goals along with its history. Installation was done when it said it would be and with professionalism. Then salesman follow up to make sure everything was done as they said it would have been.

I appreciate having the extra piece of mind having a security system in my home. The installation process was painless, the service agent was very professional and I've been quite satisfied with Envision's product so far.

Envision offers a better deal than ADT. Also, they explained the security package thoroughly and walked us through how to use the system.

We have had our new house alarm system for about 45 days now. The rep that came to "sell" us the system was very nice and knowledgable. They came out quickly to set our system up. The tech that came out was very polite did his job and explained to us how to use it. The system itself is very easy to use. I really like that you can arm and disarm from your cellphone or tablet. I also like that we can monitor and manage our thermostat from the app as well. This really comes in handy when we are out of town or simply forget before we leave for the day. The only negative thing I would say is that we have had issues with one of our window points. They have responded when we called to fix the issue but it took them three different visits to totally resolve it. We just got a letter in the mail from the Police department saying we have had too many false alarm responses and they have given us a $96 fine. We plan to call the company to ask them to take care of the fine, since the false alarms were due to faulty hardware. Honestly if they take care of this fine I would say they deserve the 5 stars!!!

After 25+ years and 6 different homes, we said goodbye to ADT! We have had horror stories, been taken advantage of, became a #, received poor customer service...I need not go on! After recently moving to a rental property while waiting for our new home to be completed, we once again re-upt with ADT. Timing was poor as I had to travel internationally for business which left my family home in a new and temporary surroundings and feeling insecure. Well, we had problems with the newly installed ADT system! In my absence, my wife was treated with extreme disdain, accused of lying more than once, etc... I went to cancel and was told we had to pay 75% of the newly signed 3 year contract balance. Enter Evision! Our next door neighbor and new friend recommended Envision. I called, spoke with an Evision principal, set up an appointment, they showed up timely, explained everything, assisted in resolving our nightmare with ADT and left us feeling secure. System was installed today. We look forward to years of protection through their services along with their enjoying their professional business acumen!

We had moved to the city from a small friendly town almost a year ago. One of the first things that I wanted to get to protect my home and family was a security system. It unfortunately had to be put on hold because most companies charge you around $1,200 just for the equipment! About 4 months ago, two Envision salesmen knocked on my door saying that they could give my home a security system for only $45 a month and no cost of equipment or installation if I just put an "Envision" sign out in my front yard. I was beyond hesitant to believe them and asked every question possible to find what the "catch" was. Believe it or not, there was no catch! Everything was absolutely free, besides the monthly fixed rate. Installation was the next day and only took about 30 minutes or less. I have had no problems with this company thus far and would recommend them to anyone who is wanting/needing a home security system.

It was a great experience. The agents tried to do all they could to get my whole house protected. Install was a breeze. The alarm and service is awesome.

The salesperson met me in my yard doing yard work, I normally do not talk with door to door salesperson. We started to talk about the alarm system. I went in and verified the info the salesman shared with me and decided to sign up. Both of the salesmen were very professional. I am very pleased thus far with my decision to utilize the services of envision.
