I had been dealing with another company for 3 weeks working on getting a system put in, I got feed up with them and called Envision. Everyone that I worked with was helpful in answering my questions and getting the system set up quickly. I called Saturday, they came out to go over the and sign the contract Monday, and system was installed on Tuesday. The install was quick less then an hour by a knowledgeable and friendly tech.

Great service, and the newest technology out in market, so far its been a great experience

My thermostats were hooked up incorrectly and my AC and Heater ran for 3 days straight at the same time! I contacted the company and they sent out a repairman but it took 3 visits to fix the problem. I cancelled my contract until everything was fixed. They promised to pay for the difference in my electricity bill. It is about 2 weeks and someone finally showed up with a corrected contract. They did give me some free months and also threw in some extras. Things are resolved but I had to go through several people to get this straightened out.

From the initial contact at our door to the installation of our security package it was nothing short of fantastic.

I was scheduled to have ADT come in and do an install the next day when the two guys showed up with the sales pitch. I told them I was already set up for an install and they asked some questions. Long story short they came in and did what ADT was going to do and then some, and for no install charge. I was truly happy with the service from the start. Definitely recommend these guys!

We were very pleased with the experience. We are first time home buyers and weren't quite sure how the whole process worked. Willy was very knowledgable and walked us through the process. Both willy and his manager were very friendly and polite. The installer was very knowledgable and tailored the installation to our needs. Overall it was great customer service and the alarm works great!!

Had some issues with installation but Envision was extremely prompt with correcting the issues. We have had the security system for almost 2 months and we love it and feel very safe. The features do not enfringe in our lives at all. User friendly. Thank you Envision!

Envision security is not only affordable but also the night light you can rely on. I feel safe with today's technology growing they seem to be on top of it. It's a great company overall.

We got our security system last month along with the thermostat they offer in order to save on our monthly bills. Our electric bill is over $100 higher and the house is hot all the time. We were also supposed to have received a rebate check before the first bill to help cover the first three months because that was part of the contract. We have yet to receive the check which was supposed to arrive within a week of installation. So now I am scraping funds together to pay for a much higher ac bill along with the monthly fee for the service.

I had the best experience with Envision Security. I used them at my last residence. When I moved I wanted the best so I used them again for my security needs. My Sales Person was helpful and the installer did an amazing job!!!

We switced from ADT to Envision and so far, couldn't be happier. There sales people and installers were very friendly and personable. They did not have to install new equipment (outside of a new panel) as they were able to piggyback off the ADT stuff. Not only are we saving about $10 a month vs. ADT, but the system seems to work much better with quite a few additional perks(full access to all systems thru our phones) that our old ADT system did not provide. The only small issue is we can't always get the garage door to open using our phone. But that may be an internet connection issue and not a product issue.
Great product, great price, great customer service.

We installed Envision alarm system in may 2015 because our house was broken into in may 2015 and just 2 days ago our house got broken into again and the alarm was on but those 60 seconds it gives us to leave and exit the house after turning it on was just enough time for that person to come in and take stuff from our house and leave with it right when the alarm was about to go off and send a signal to the police.I got home and called police before i received the message that our back door was open and then the alarm went off which was when that person was leaving.It was horrible.I thought that even if they did break in again police or something could be done before the thief was gone. I really think those 60 seconds that are given to exit should be shorter, because if this happened to me it can happen to anybody.It really is possible. The alarm system is great but that time should be cut shorter its kind of too long of time for someone to come in and take things from your home.

I was very satisfy and pleased with the rep Ryan Pickering that came to my home. He was pleasant, personable and very knowledgeable about the security system. The installer was prompt and explained how to download the app to my cell phone, which I LOVE!!! I can operate my alarm and my garage door from my cell phone. I am so glad that I switch over to Envision and recommend others too.

Low monthly rates, great features, already saving money on electric bill, friendly and professional staff.

I love our new security system. The representative and installer were very polite, gave easy instructions and answered any questions we had. Now our family feels safe and secure, thanks to Envision.
