When the sales person initially pitched Envision security to me, I was completely interested. He promised a few things to me that were not kept the following day when the tech came to install the equipment. Since the equipment was installed, my family and I have been satisfied with how Envision works and how much the technology has been updated since my previous security system.

First security system my family has had and we are glad we went with Envision. Easy to use and simple concept to understand. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars as I have home automation equipment that I wish could be controlled by their app but another than that I have had a great experience.

As far as the equipment I like it, I like the fact that I can go on my phone and check my camera as far as the service I would not give it a 5 star, first of all the guy who came the first time to install did a messy job with the wiring my husband was upset had to call and they sent a professional out who did a better job, second I was suppose to get a lift master but it turns out my garage motor doesn't work with the lift master so they told me they would find one that would, I kept calling and even leaving messages to see if they ever found one and I never got a return call back they forgot about me . I forgot the young lady's name that I spoke too.

It was the best switch I have ever made to ensure the safety of my family and home. I truly find the mobile easy and convenient to use. The entire customer service experience fulfilled all my needs with great satisfaction.

I had a previous security system installed but disconnected it and i was not looking to get a new system. I was approached by the field sales reps and I was very impressed. They were very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the services Envision provides. I ended up becoming a new customer and I am very pleased with the service. I highly recommend Envision Security.

This company has great service, our alarms have gone off twice by accident and they respond extremely quickly. Though we haven't had our glass break alarm go off, we are not very sure how accurate it works. Price is a little high with a long contract, but ao far no complaints. Also, we love their handy app.

Quick install and great customer service.

They are easy to work with and quick installation. They explained how the system worked and explained everything is great detail. Having the system helps me and my family feel safe. Thank you Envision!!! I would recommend you to everyone.

We began service with Envision not too long ago and my family and I have been very satisfied. We have had incidents where we set the alarm off on accident and they are very quick to call us. I love the fact that we have peace of mind with the perks of the mobile app. I would recommend Envision to my friends.

I have never had a security system of my own, and when my husband and I bought our first home we thought it was a must. Fortunately, while we were moving in Envision came to our door, told us about their product and we loved everything they had to offer. The installation process what super easy. It was completed in less than 30 minutes. The guys were very professional and willing to explain everything even answer my questions after I left. I can contact my agent at anytime and I can always talk to a live person. I am completely satisfied with the products and will continue to use this company.

The folks at Envision Security were great. Really liked our sales rep Vladimir Belteton, very curtious, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered all of our questions and the technician got the install done earlier than expected. The folks on the phone were great as well. We had a system problem and they contacted a tech. who was on a job in AZ and took the time to call me at home in Calif. to solve the problem. It was nice they could utilize most of the existing ADT equipment, that gave us the ability to get additional sensors. Control panel is way more easy to operate over the previous ADT panel, makes the advanced functions easier to get to and operate. Great company with excellent customer service. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did.

Envision was detailed on there services and had great customer service. It was a great experience without the pressure!

I got my Envision Security system installed in May and I have loved it ever since! Carl and Nick were helpful and friendly. They perfectly explained to me all of the features of my system before I bought it so I knew what to expect. I was out of town for a month and my security system allowed me to make sure my house was armed AND to monitor my thermostat settings from across the country! Thanks Envision!

We are completely satisfied and happy with our new system. Sales rep arrive on time for our appointment. Made sure we were happy with system we were getting. Technicians arrive also on time. Very friendly and knowledgable about the system. Explained how, where and why they they were going to input the system in areas of the home. Waked us through how the system work. They cleaned up behind themselves and left the area they were working in as they found it. I loved our new alarm system and how easily it is to use, the comfort in knowing I can check my system and cameras from my phone, and allowing everyone to have there code so you can know who is coming and going.
Great Alarm System

When the door to door salesman came to our door we were a little skeptical. We just moved to our town and had not had that type of experience before. With that being said we do love our security system. The reason we signed up in the first place was because of the mobile app capabilities. Envision has called to check to see if we are happy with our service. The door to door people stop by every once in a while to see if we are happy with the service. I just really like the fact that they do not just disregard you after they have your money. It is refreshing to know that they actually check in and make sure things are working properly.

We have been using the services of another company who has been in business for a long time. Actually, we had been covered by this company for about 14 years.

It was about time to make a change & to update some of the technical parts of the system. We knew that there were innovations and upgrades with some providers that we didn't have. Now, we have better coverage when we leave the house and at night when we go to sleep. With the new system we feel safer than before.

It feels so much better by changing to a new provider.

We recently moved into a new home and within days of moving in our security system was set up and ready to go. All of the workers that handled our installation and sale was friendly and helpful. The system is easy to use and helps keep our peace of mind when away or home.

I really don't like changes.  I had my previous alarm system company for almost 14 years, but when the rep Francisco came to our door and explained what Envision it's all about and that there is a branch here in Peoria, AZ We felt pretty comfortable about making the change. Francisco was very friendly, polite and patient. He answered all our questions with professional knowledge to the system, also upgrade our alarm system and thermostat. The technician Ernie,  he was professional and very helpful. He explained everything he did around the house and even tailored somethings to our needs. Also, he made sure that we understood how to use the new system properly. We are very satisfied with the change we made. Great company, so far. Highly recommended!
