I am so happy with my new alarm system and grateful for the guys thay came around and showed us where we were lacking in our last security company.. I tell everyone I know about your company

Everything went as smoothly as possible. From sales pitch to installation all went well. Professionalism at a great price point.

So far we have not had any break ins to test the alarm (and that's a good thing) but we have forgot this to turn off the alarm a couple times and open the door and the alarm went off. I was surprised to be contacted so quickly even know we had turned off the alarm. The person contacting us was very courteous and very professional. I couldn't be more pleased with how the system is working.

I had a great experience with Envision Security starting with the sales all the way to the alarm installation. I was skeptical at first of door to door salesmen but they were very professional and answered all our concerns. The tech that installed our system was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the system. By the time he left we knew everything we needed to know and even taught our kids how to use the system. Very happy so far with this company.

Back in August of this year we were contacted by Envision to see if we would like to be upgraded to the latest in home security, well we were satisfied with the company we had but we knew that it was outdated . Joe and Ryan explained what Envision has to offer in home protection and my wife and me were surprised that we could move into a new system that now included a glass breakage sensor and a control box that can allow the monitoring service to talk to us in the room if our alarm goes off.We agreed to change over to Envision but was wondering how long the wait will be to install and Joe made a call and came back to us and said the technician will arrive in 30 minutes . d Donald arrived and quickly changed the system over and had us up and running in about 30 minutes . We are now very protected with a system that keeps us safe from all aspects of home invasion while letting us monitor from our smartphones , and the monthly fee only went up a couple dollars from our old system. All in all we a very pleased.

We've had envision for 3 months now and are truly satisfied. We had one incident where the alarm went off due to our error but envision acted on it immediately, as designed.

I would recommend envision to family and friends.

Installation and set up were a breeze, and everyone we worked with was professional and helpful. The couple of times we inadvertently set off the alarm we received a response within seconds, making us confident that if there ever is a real emergency we will be completely covered and protected. Living in the countryside this is really important to us. Would definitely recommend Envision.

I was very impressed and pleased with the customer service from the sales member at Envision Security. He really worked with us to ensure we were purchasing the right product that was going to be the right system for me and my family. They were also able to match and beat the competitors pricing. Lastly, the immediate installation was awesome. Our system was installed within 24 hours.

I haven't had any issues with the alarm. It is very simple to use, yet useful. It was set off once while I was out, and I was notified immediately.

My family and I feel safe knowing that our house is secure at all times. I can secure my house with the touch of a button and have the feeling that i am protected. It is also very relieving knowing that when we go out our house is secure at all times. The service and representatives have been really helpful to explain all the details of how protected is everything. I really think we made a good choice of alarm.

The sales, installers and company have all been amazing. I did need the installer to come back out and they scheduled it right away. I appreciated all my questions being answered promptly and honestly...I will recommend Envision to all my friends and family

The sales person was great! Got us exactly what we were looking for! And the service installer did amazing especially because we had so many already wired spots that he had to find a connection to. Fabulous job!
