So far I am happy with the service I have gotten. There are a couple hiccups in the beginning but entirely their fault.

My son accidentally tripped the alarm by opening a door and Envision responded immediately. It is nice to know that if I ever need them, they are right there.

We had Envision Security come out and install a security system for us. The installer showed up on time and was very professional. When the installation was complete, the installer asked if we had any questions and left everything clean and in perfect running order. There were a few things we wanted and asked their advise. The installer explained the most effective way to add window breakage and motion detectors to quickly catch intruders. Their pricing is reasonable and the monitoring system is one of the top rated monitoring systems in the area. We have the remotes that work like a charm. The system is easy to operate and Envision is more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

We are so glad that we installed the alarm and would recommend them to anyone.

Such a great company and our technician Daniel did a wonderful job! Very professional and our camera to keep an eye on our dogs works perfectly! We are able to rotate it and see exactly what our dogs are doing at any time of the day!!

Sales person seemed genuine and concerned about meeting what our needs were. He was not trying to give us things we didn't need. It was fast getting the equipment and the installer was very nice~! I would definitely recommend this alarm company!

I was with a different company for several years and was a little hesitant to change to a new company but I have enjoyed the upgraded services and equipment from this company and it didn't cost me any extra money. Awesome!

I've had a positive experience with Envision, from signing up where they were able to work with my crazy work hours to meet up with me late in the evening to discuss my needs, to installation that was quick, on time and very professional, and even when I did something to mess up the system they quickly came out and fixed it without a problem. I'm loving my service.

The sales rep that came knocking on our door, Eddie, was not only friendly but very knowledgeable about the product. He was easy going and very convincing since we already had a security system in place. My wife and I are both happy with the new Envision Security system and ease of use. The sales team that came to my door were very professional and just gave me facts. They didn't put the company I was with down just explained why Envision was better! The installation went without a hitch and the transition was smooth. The equipment is state of the art and there was no charge to me. I accidentally opened my back door and forgot to turn my alarm off and was called right away to ensure everything was ok. So far I have no complaints.

Several appointments were made and either the manager was late or did not show or call. The manager did not explain the system very well and only explained things once I brought the questions up.

We've only had our system for a couple of months now, but we've had no problems and received excellent service when we contacted the company for extra equipment. So far, we are very pleased with our system.

The minute it started I was talking with the help desk. They wanted to know if I was OK.
She was talking with a quiet voice as not to alarm me. She question me and then help me to reset the alarm.
I had forgotten the code and before I knew it I had the code. It is a wonderful experience.
