Envision Security is a top rate alarm company. The salesman were very knowledgeable. The installation was completed within a day of the contract agreement. All of the employees have security clearance which is a plus. The alarm system is top rate with speaker phone contact with the dispatchers.

From setting our appointment with your representative , after his he sales presentation with an very professional and cordial way of telling us all the good things your alarm system has, like being digital and quickly response in case of an emergency.

We have had other security systems in the past but Envision was by far the most professional and installation was completed as promised. We have recommended them to all our family and friends. This system is so easy to use and love the extra features like the remote key.

I finally found a security company that works for the customer. I have had several security companies and it seemed I paid for nothing, but hanging on phone and waiting for them to get me on their schedule.
Envision was on time clean, secure and fast. Everything they promised happened and at a price that was very reasonable. After the install, I had questions that were answered immediately, didn't have to wait on and answer in a email or for someone to call me back. We switched from ADT to Envision in December, and have been pleased with the service. It takes time to get used to working with the app but the added camera and automatic garage door closer is amazing. My husband set the alarm off at about 4:45am one morning and it's scared the heck out of me when the love operator started talking to us. Once I woke up enough to remember why this was happening, the woman helping us was courteous and polite and didn't seem upset at all that we'd triggered the alarm. Competitively priced and a great value for all that you receive.

I have been with Envision for 3 months now, and I am very pleased with the service. It is easy to access and I love the fact that I can access it from anywhere with the mobile app. I have had a few incidents where my children forget that the house is armed and the system goes off, and when the operator comes on to speak to us she is very understanding and is able to assist us and we don't get billed for the alarm going off. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in securing their home.

Recently I got envision security system installed. i could not believe it was so easy and quick and all personnel right from sales person to installation technician and help desk were very good. mainly i liked the wireless system, no correction to my communication lines and voice system when you operate the door and easiness to use the panel. i can live and leave my house peacefully. It's simply awesome

My wife and I were skeptical at first, but who's not when you have a stranger trying to sell you something. We talked for while with Joe Klebon and of course we poked and prodded him with questions to see if he was a legitimate salesman for the company but he was patient with us and kind the whole way. At the end of the day we got a new security system with a great price and awesome equipment. I would definitely recommend envision to others.

Both the sales staff and the staff that installed the inside equipment was great and Dane was exception on the install of the outside camera.

The sales agent was straight forward and knowledgeable in their products. I had a camera i was not happy with and customer service was prompt in resolving my issue.

My fire alarm was going off one evening and it would not turn off (no fire). I was on hold for 15 mins before I could even talk to anyone. They were not able to fix the problem and refused to send a tech out to help me despite the fact that I was home alone with a baby and the alarm had been going off for an hour. They did schedule a tech to come in a FEW DAYS. Alarm eventually went off on its own and they were unable to determine the cause when the tech came out.

I would recommend this company to anybody.

Reliable service with prompt response time. Compared prices online and this was by far the better option with more equipment included. It also includes wireless access to system at no extra cost. Highly recommend it to anyone who is in the market to purchase a home security system.

It was perfect timing when Ron rang my doorbell, first it was rare that I was home and second I was already in the process of researching into purchasing an alarm system. Ron is one of your new employees but together with his coach they were able to show the benefits of choosing Envision over all others. So far I am extremely happy with my Alarm system including the camera I added to my package. We live in a world of wanting to know and see things right now, so being able to see what is going on in my home from my mobile device is a major plus. I am currently going thru a divorce and my main concern was the safety of my family. With Envision I can see when each child gets home by their log in time and/or camera and at night, I rest assure that we are now safer than before, and I no longer have to constantly tell the children to close the doors our alarm system tells them - another plus. To me it was a God sent so far I am satisfied and happy with Envision.
