Joe Klebon a manager with Envision Security knocked on my door and was very professional and genuine. He explained the advertising promotion and the differences between Envision and other Companies. He was very intellectual about the differences between security systems. Very patience, respectful and informative. I would highly recommend Envision Security because of the excellent equipment and customer service. Special thanks goes out to Joe, thanks again!

Following a break-in at our home, I found Envision's website online and contacted them in November along with some other security companies. Envision was prompt in calling me back to explain how their system worked and the costs. I liked the idea that I did not need a telephone or internet line since I am not a permanent resident in Sun City. In December, when we came down to Phoenix, we went directly to their office location to schedule an appointment for the following day. I appreciate how quickly the installation went. Carl answered our questions clearly and wisely suggested we pay for the option of monitoring our system online from back home. I had to contact their office once we returned back home to set this option up, Thanks Shelley for your attention to this. This company provided excellent service. We feel much more secure having our system in. We had asked if payment could be done through our credit card but were told it had to be done through our bank. There was a glitch with this, however, and Monitonics was able to set up payment through our credit card. I would definitely recommend this company to other snowbirds out there.

To know that I can sleep any time of the day or night and don't have to worry if I'm safe or not is a wonderful feeling and it's been a while since I slept like a baby thank you for your services and your quick response when the alarm went off. Thank you lorie dockery

I am a new homeowner , and my first priority is to make sure my family is protected ,day or night, and with Envision Security we have peace of mind, while in or away from home.And not only is securing your home important, but also great customer service,which for me is knowledgement of the system, fast and prompt service and above all this courtesy, customer courtesy is the ultimate customer service .Envision Security makes me a happy camper.

I was a bit skeptical, but the Envision sales and install team did exactly what they said they would do. I have had zero issues with the system, the App works great, the control panel is simple to operate. I also enjoy the online account, its quick to make any changes I want. I would seriously consider getting Envisions service.

Our experience with Envision Security has been great so far. The salesman and the installer were great. Very informative about the product. My wife and I are very happy with the new system. The system is very user friendly. Children have no problem arming and disarming

I had a great experience with the sales rep Isaiah he understood what I needed and he delivered everything that was promised. I later remembered that I did have one window that needed to be secured he send out his installer with no problem the issue was taken care of quickly, that's what I'm looking for in a company. Since I just moved in my new home I didn't realize how of a difference an alarm service will be for my family's protection.. With envision I feel that safety, plus the customer services is awesome.

We were with ADT for 4 years and switched to Envision. When the envision tech installed the system on a Saturday, I called ADT on Monday to terminate service and let them know that since their device was cut off on Saturday and we had nor received any phone calls from them to see if we were ok. Since getting envision, the alarm has gone off once because we forgot to disarm before we opened the door and they called right away.

Love our security system. I accidentally forgot to turn off the system when I opened the back door for the dogs and immediately a young lady came over the system to ask if everything was ok, which was awesome (although a little embarrassing) The hardware is less bulky than we previously had from another company. The salesman was really helpful. In all an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Darryl came over on a Saturday morning to run through the process and show me what they had to offer, along with the costs associated with it. He was on time, and was very personable. I had just purchased the house, and he made suggestions given the layout on how to maximize the security system, to deter potential thieves. The meeting was very quick, however I never felt rushed or uncertain to what I was signing up for. As soon agreed to move forward, Darryl immediately got on the phone and start looking for the closest Installation Tech, to see when the most convenient time was for both of us. I was very excited to learn that the installer was over in less than an hour to hook everything up! He was quick, efficient, and did a thorough job training me on the functions of the alarm. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and have already started recommending Darryl and Envision to friends and family.

After many years using ADT we decided to make a change in our security system. While we were not looking, initially to change our system, we received a knock on our door from their outside salesperson. Normally I would have blown him off but he asked if ADT had secured us through the garage doors. I remembered they did not and said they never secure their system through that part of the house. After spending time with the rep, he answered all of our questions. He gave us everything we had, with ADT, plus the security of the garage door being secured and a digital way of monitoring our system. The item that really sold us was the fact that they are local and could service us faster and quicker than ADT. We are more than excited about making the change and receive daily updates to remind us whenever the system has not been set. We highly recommend Envision for your security systems. Give them an opportunity to make believers out of you.

My husband is a firefighter and my kids and I are home alone a lot. Thanks to Envision and their security system with a camera to show me who is at my front door we are able to have piece of mind when we are here alone. Thanks for making us feel safe and secure!

All teams were in sync from advertisement, sales, and the technicians. The technician installed a Smart Lock and my door inset was off. He took the initiative to fix it for me. Similar price to popular security companies but the service is impeccable.

Very happy with sales and tech service

My boyfriend and I were honestly clueless on who to choose for a security system. Not knowing too much about this company we gave it a shot and we are both very happy with it! Love Envision! With my boyfriend working nights I feel a lot more safe at night when I'm home alone!
