esure are online insurance company so it was very easy to buy my car insurance policy.
Time will tell (hopefully not) should i ever need to make a claim if this is just as easy?
I prefer 'hard paper' copy insurance documents sent to me trough the post. This option was not available....and should be.

Very bad experience with esure
Very bad experience with esure. They cancelled my policy without any reason saying that you bought it from unregulated third party broker but i purchased my policy by myself. When i contacted them they when they saw proofs that i bought it myself then they changed the topic and said three other people bought it from the same mobile. I told them oke of them was my friend and other was my uncle’s wife. And sent them pictures as a proof. Then they changed topic again like the made there mind they can never do mistakes. Then they said your policy have been cancelled before but my policy was never cancelled before this and they were wrong as well. They just made my record bad. Now I’m taking this matter to court not gonna leave them with there very unfair decision.
