Ease of purchase , great price, covered everything i wanted

Brilliant company and highly reccomend esure

Had always been pleased with esure - just sold my car so cancelled policy they charge £58 (expected £25) cancellation cost which I think is steep. Will certainly make me think twice about using them again

I still prefer to speak to a human and have my policy in paper form. Sad that you have to pay more for that service

It was nice and eady to give my detsils. And also i found esure flex £ 200 cheaper than my regular insurance company. Thats quite a difference in price, James.

Cheap, fast and easy!

Once I had got through the initial form everything went well. But it took a long time.

Esure very good and easy to insure my car.Also a very reasonable price.I will recommend to friends and family

Absolutely unacceptable experience with eSure. They have cancelled my car insurance policy without any proper communication, leaving me completely uninsured while I am 2 hours away from home.

eSure claim that they emailed me regarding the cancellation, yet I have checked my emails and there is no email from them. I have also received no phone call or any other meaningful communication informing me that my policy was going to be cancelled.
To make matters worse, I am unable to log into my eSure account because I continually receive an error message. So I have no way of accessing my policy information or even properly understanding what has happened.
I am now left in an incredibly stressful situation, away from home and without insurance, despite believing I was fully insured.

This is not the level of communication or customer service I would expect from an insurance company. Cancelling someone's car insurance without ensuring they have actually received the relevant communication is extremely concerning.

I would strongly advise anyone considering eSure to think carefully about their customer service and communication before taking out a policy.

The value of my car was shown at £890.00 yet my car is in pristene condition. Fully serviced every year and people often stop me me to say what a beautiful motor car. I have been offered £5000.00 for her which l turned down. During the day my car is kept on our drive which is gated and over night put in our garage which is always locked and adjoining our house.
