Prompt delivery of money
Prompt delivery of money but would of appreciated the tracking number. I had to call customer services. It can't be that hard to send an advisory email saying money has been dispatched and giving a tracking number. Please consider this?

I ordered my US dollars for to be…
I ordered my US dollars for to be delivered it came the next working day as it’s starting to get colder weather it’s handy that they can do home deliveries. I will be ordering them again well worth wait. As I’ve got a big holiday coming up in the next couple of months so I’m getting ready and once again thank you

Ordered professional some money from Euro exchange…
Ordered some money from Euro exchange at Bishop Stortford I had a person called Tarlw was very helpful on my order of US dollars and was able to give me plenty of small denominations and the same with euros. He was very organised and professional and done a great job. Thank you

online and instore service
Disappointed tried to buy online to get the online rate it will not process the transaction says go instore to resolve byway I spoke to my bank no issues on that end the website states go instore which I do and was told sorry online is online only then use same card to get dollars meaning I lose 75 dollars bit silly seems online is used to just lure you in on rates they will never give you.
