Josh was very helpful and answered quickly to our emails and questions. However, I was very surprised when I was told that the supplier could not do our logo, it was only possible in comic sans font, I thought it was a joke. But hopefully, Josh found another supplier that could do the job, unfortunately it was in China, but the job was done well and arrived earlier than expected.

We have worked with Josh at Everything Branded for quite some time, and it has been the best experience we’ve had purchasing branded products. We’ve ordered so much through Josh that it honestly feels like talking to an old friend! Our conversations are always pleasant with lots of friendly banter. He is extremely friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. No matter what we’re looking for, he is always responsive and helpful in finding exactly what we have in mind. If he ever has a question or needs clarification, he reaches out right away to make sure he fully understands our needs.

The products we’ve received have been exactly what we envisioned and of excellent quality, and our patients have been thrilled to receive them as well. Shipping timelines are always reasonable and explained very clearly ahead of time. If we are ever in a pinch and need items by a certain date, he is completely transparent if it simply isn’t possible—there are no false promises or misleading assurances just to make a sale, which we have unfortunately experienced with other companies. If something isn’t available within our budget, he is upfront about that as well, with no up selling or bait and switch tactics.

We have ordered many products and will continue to purchase our branded items from Everything Branded, and we highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and enjoyable experience.

Angela proved to be extremely helpful, she was quick and made the experience extremely pleasant. I had to order 3 items, 300 of each. And of a specific colour which she made possible!
