We placed an order on October 1st for swag for an Elemetnary school fundraising event. Our event was taking place on November 11th. We were ensured by the sales rep, Kelvin Soberano that the product would arrive on time. We were then told that the promotional items were coming from overseas and would not arrive on time. When I tried reaching out to Keven via email and phone, I received no response. We finally received the our order on Wednesday, December 10th. It had in fact been delivered to the wrong building the week before, due to the company also putting in the wrong address. After several back on forths with their general customer service team about the quality of service and the estremely late arrive of the promotional items the company said they would offer us a $200 credit to use with them. We will never order from this company again and I advice any schools or non-profits to do the same.

SCAMMERS!
We ordered for 6800CAD in merchandise. 10 000 units, which we got only 8000.
There was a mistake on the print which made the QR code unusable.
After 8 weeks of emails writing, they never adressed the issue and ignore our complaints.
They made money off our backs and we will NEVER buy from them again.
Unresponsive. Unprofessional.
Very unprofessional- after a call and email, no quote and when I followed up, Jake hung up on me. I should have read the reviews before even exploring this company.
Poor accountability and customer service
Despite numerous promises and responses prior to shipping the product - the ordered was delivered late and it was customized to include a date as it was for a championship weekend. Shipping is one thing, but they sent it out extremely late so I do blame the company. During the open communication, they offered a discount. I said I would take it but would prefer a refund. After the product was received - the company has completely ghosted me. They did not follow through with discount, did not respond re: refund request. I have followed up numerous times to ask what they can do, and have not received a response. I have escalated to other departments and not a peep. I would not recommend using this company - there are far more reliable and customer centric ones out there.
Zero customer service
I asked for a quote on a time sensitive project and hadn't heard back from them for an entire week, so I live chatted and they said they would send a quote. The quote never came, just crickets. Thanks for wasting my time, Everything Branded. My advice is to go elsewhere.
They didn't want my money
I wish I could tell you how the ordering went; or how long it took for delivery; or how the product turned out but I can't because no one wanted to take my order.
I contacted them four times, using two different accounts, for the same product, and they kept telling me that this person is taking care of my account. But this person nevcer returned to me. I told them to let me know if the product is not available anymore or if there is a problem. Nothing!
So after 5 or 6 weeks of trying to place an order, I turned around and bought from Coastal Reign. More expensive but it went very smoothly and I will finally receive my hoodies.

I had a terrible experience with my order. The bottle opener is of mediocre quality, failing to meet even the basic expectations for functionality and durability. Additionally, the pen is difficult to open, and its size is far too small (miniature pen) for an adult to use comfortably. These issues are unacceptable and do not reflect the standard of quality I anticipated when ordering.
Given the unsatisfactory quality and condition of these products, I am requesting a full refund for my purchase. Please let me know the next steps for processing the refund. Requested a refund from about 7Nov24 and they have been extremely difficult.

I purchased 300 safety light wristbands…
I purchased 300 safety light wristbands from them to use as promotional tokens, but many of the items aren’t functioning. It’s embarrassing to hand them out when I’m concerned they might not work, especially as our logo is printed on them. Additionally, the company hasn’t responded to my requests for replacements for the defective items.

FRUSTRATING BUYING EXPERIENCE
Ordered glass cleaners (microfiber cloth) and specifically asked about where the logo would be (cloth or plastic carry case). Was assured that it would be on the cloth. Product was delivered and the print was on the case. Immediately let sales rep know. Made a number of attempts to get this made right. At one point was told that I would get a refund - then was told that once the corrected order was paid for I would get a refund. Rep was unwilling to put in writing the commitment for a refund. Numerous calls as I attempted to connect with reps manager or customer service with zero response.

I ordered 56 toque and scarf packages, and they took my money out of my account on Dec 6, 2023, and today still no product, you can't talk to managers, I contacted them a few times in the time span and they constantly said they would get back to me and did once saying that they were looking into it but no call or email. very DISAPOINTED .
