Marcus Dayman was incredible! I spoke to so many different companies and he was the only person that really went out of his way to support my project!

After I inquired on the website, I was assigned to Marcus Dayman who answered my questions promptly, gave me ideas of what the finished product would look like, and allowed for changes before the order was placed. Marcus was great, and it wasn't like some web stores where you feel you are talking to a robo rep. We received our portfolios in good time, and they looked amazing. Will definitely order again.

Dealt with Josh MacQueen. As helpful as the Queen is in chess. There were a few pieces that didn't have button attachments, although not minor enough to warrant a 4 star

I'm actually quite disappointed in the service I received from Josh MacQueen. I order 500 water bottles and needed it within 3 to 4 weeks. Josh said it should be anywhere from 15 to 20 days, and I accepted a potential week delay. It has now been over 6 weeks with still no ETA, as they decided to ship by sea instead of air? It was supposed to be sent via air, and without confirming or asking me it was decided by you to ship via sea because it was too expensive. Unfortunately thats not my problem.....but has somehow become my problem. I promptly paid for the merchandise and will now by the time it's received will no longer serve its purpose.
I felt he said what he needed to get the sale....and now I wait for I'm not too sure how long....as the tracking number has no details until it arrives in Canada.

Josh MacQueen helped me source reusable plastic cups for my brewery. They look great and arrived quickly. Best of all the price beat me ordering similar products strait from China using Ali.
Really simple to deal with and made my life easier

Josh MacQueen was awesome to work with! Placed a product inquiry in the evening and had a quote plus virtual by the morning next day. Production and delivery times were as promised. I had a few logo colour revision requests which were all completed super quick for me!
