We are a medium sized social club and were looking to utilise local contacts for our products that we required for an event coming up. when we made contact with Everything Branded, the communication and guidance from John Pineda was fantastic. Every question and suggestion was covered in a thorough and quick response. We had our products arrive in a timely manner and the quality of the products were better than expected. We will be using John for more products in the future.

The order I placed with John was a rush job and the deadline was not flexible. John Pasilan jumped around and made it happen. The order was delivered two days before the deadline. The whole process was easy and quick. If I could I would give 10 stars for efficiency and service.

Looking for the right merchandise can be tricky when you have a vision of exactly what you need.

Aaron was always prompt with his responses and provided samples on time. He was consistently helpful, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Although we didn't proceed with the project, our decision was due to internal reasons and not a reflection of Aaron or his service. He was very understanding, and the level of customer service he provided was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I've now placed three orders with Aaron and every experience has been excellent! Our first order was for custom branded koala plushies, Aaron handled everything promptly while meeting a very tight deadline. The plushies were such a hit that we came back for a second order and the process was just as smooth. We're now onto our third order for custom air fresheners.

Lanz helped me organise bucket hats which we will give out to kids whilst we complete the variety bash. She ensured that we would get them in time and the quality of the hats is great. Hopefully the kids along the way love them!

Placed an order for some printed glass beer Stines for our event and everything was great. Product arrived promptly and Aaron was great at communications. We ended up liking them so much we ordered more with 2 weeks to our event and Aaron responded within 2 hours and we were in production. Should arrive 2 days before event. Couldn't say how impressed we are using Aaron and everything branded.

Pathetic after sale care from Aaron Damondon resulting in missed delivery and days lost. Had to request tracking information after previously asking days before and being told I will get sent it in 24 to 48 hours. 50 hours later I asked again for tracking information which was finally sent but parcel had already been attempted delivery little to my knowledge. So not only was I sent the tracking information AFTER the attempted delivery. I had to request such information again.
Pathetic.
I will be going through a different company next time.
