In December 2025, I entered into a service agreement with ExportHub through their sales representative, Duncan (based in Guangzhou, China), and made full payment upfront for both platform services and website development.

Before payment, communication was smooth and professional. The commitments made included:

Website development within 10–15 days
SEO optimization services
Monthly performance reports
Banner design for both website and ExportHub store
Product listing support
Assistance in generating business inquiries

The service appeared to be a comprehensive B2B marketing solution. However, immediately after payment, the situation deteriorated significantly.

1. Disappearance of Sales Representative
After the contract was signed and all required materials were submitted, Duncan became completely unresponsive.
Initially, calls went unanswered, and eventually his phone became unreachable. Messages via WeChat were ignored entirely.

In short, the person who signed the contract effectively disappeared.

2. No Progress on Website Development

I was later assigned to a team member named Babar, who was responsible for website development.
However, every inquiry regarding progress received the same vague response: “Updating.”

This status continued for over a month with:
No visible progress
No deliverables
No timeline provided

Since submitting all required materials on February 4, 2026, there has been zero progress. At this point, it is clear that no meaningful work has been done.

3. Account Manager Also Unreachable

Another assigned account manager, Clara (+92 370 1348307), was supposed to assist with:

Product listings
Platform coordination
Lead generation

In reality:

She frequently became unreachable
Multiple issues were ignored
Eventually, she also stopped responding entirely

4. Ineffective and Non-Functional Support Channels
As problems escalated, I attempted to contact ExportHub through official channels:
Phone: +1-214-306-7737
WeChat, Facebook, WhatsApp

However:
No responses were received via email or WeChat
Phone calls were not answered
Facebook messages received no reply
The WhatsApp number was not even registered

In essence, all listed support channels are non-functional, leaving customers without any support or protection.

5. Refusal to Process Refund

Despite multiple formal requests for a refund due to non-delivery of services, ExportHub has consistently delayed and avoided providing any resolution.

Conclusion
Based on my experience, this appears to be a case of:

Misrepresentation of services
Failure to deliver contractual obligations
Lack of professional accountability
Absence of customer support

I strongly urge other businesses to exercise extreme caution when dealing with ExportHub.

I am currently seeking a full refund and will continue to pursue this matter through formal complaint channels.

As a business owner with over 30 years of experience and a premium member of top-tier platforms like Volza and Global4Trade, I can confidently say that ExportHub is the most unprofessional platform I have encountered.

They promise high-quality B2B leads but deliver absolutely nothing of value. The "leads" provided are either fake or completely inactive. When you confront them about the lack of results, their "Account Managers" become condescending and attempt to lecture you on communication rather than solving the problem.

Their "Legal Team" uses predatory tactics to keep your money, offering useless "extensions" to trap you in a failed contract while citing a "non-refundable" policy that is legally void when services are not rendered. This is a classic bait-and-switch operation.

They ignore formal refund requests and delay the process in bad faith. If you value your capital and your business reputation, do not spend a single cent here. I am currently pursuing legal action and a formal bank dispute to recover my funds. You have been warned—stay away from ExportHub and stick to professional platforms that actually deliver.

I paid for the premium package and got zero results. NOTHING worked as promised. The whole experience felt fake and scam-like.

Every single company on this hub and the hub itself is nothing but scams! And all of the five star reviews are nothing but scams they are not real! I have contacted the FTC the FBINCBI along with the BBB this whole operation is nothing but a scam in Dubai and a Nigeria don’t believe me start looking on the BBB and then report them on the FTC and report them to the FBI! and no, they don’t even allow you to give a range because I’ve been at this for three years with all of them

I contacted around 100 buyers and received no response. This platform connected me to potential buyers who were interested in completely different products to those we are offering, so it is not trustworthy.

This site and people are scam Do not buy memberships of any.

My review has been long overdue and I hope it's not too late for others. I was in the process of getting my money back from them and I wanted to get that out of the way before I review this company. This company is a scam and I hope people really trust the 1 star reviews here before committing their money to them. They are not going to provide the services they say they will provide to you. Just know that the way they would keep texting you everyday when they want you to sign up for premium is not going to be the same after you have paid for it. I payed for gold membership and y'all know how much that is but all I got was an incomplete website after 3 months and my emails and chats left unread. They do this cause they think you can't take any action against them and they won't also process a refund after failing to provide the services but they are wrong. If you have evidence of the contracts, the transaction you made to them and evidence of every complaints you've made including chats and emails , send the screenshots and other relevant evidence to your bank and raise a dispute to get your money refunded back to you. No matter how long it has been. When I raised the dispute, it had already been 3 months since I signed for the premium but I still got the full payment m
back. Don't fall victim to them, they are not a credible company, they even went as far as refusing the refund with a lie that they had provided the services to me. I won against them with evidence of all the complaints and the chats I had with them. Again don't fall victim to the 5 star reviews, it's a scam

Title: Paid $618 — No Service, No Refund, Just Excuses

I paid $618 USD to ExportHub for membership, but after 3 days:
• My company profile was never approved,
• Sub-accounts were not activated,
• Products were not showing (all links said “page not found”),
• And instead of fixing the issues, I was told to “upgrade to membership again.”

When I asked for a refund, I was given nothing but excuses. They kept saying “wait for finance/legal team” and asking for more time, but never processed my refund. I provided full proof of payment (Ethereum transaction ID, screenshots, email, and company details), yet they refuse to return my money.

This shows ExportHub is not a trustworthy platform. If $618 is this difficult for them to refund, imagine what happens if you pay $3,999 or more.

⚠️ Warning to others: Be very careful. I will continue to expose this experience on all major review platforms until my refund is processed.

I did not know about their website service. Its a good one, reliable, up to the par and smooth. They helped to set up my consumer based e-commerce website. Soon it would be up and live.

This company has taken my money since April and delivered nothing in return. The "consultant " attached a linked in account to my personal email which I can't shut down, I never asked for this account as I already have linked in.

There is no b2b website or account for exporthub. I have emailed asking for a refund and been ignored for 5 months

I want my money back as I have given them numerous opportunities to deliver a service. They have simply stolen my money.

I buy premium membership from Exporthub, they guarantee for a valid buyer, but I never received single one. Now they don’t want to response my whatsapp and email. It’s a scam

I registered with ExportHub in July 2024 and paid a registration fee of USD 750 for their services, which were supposed to include buyer leads and international promotion for my products.

Over the past year, despite countless emails and promises, they failed to provide any buyers or effective services as agreed. After months of excuses and wasted time, I formally requested a full refund of my registration fee. They completely ignored my final reminder, showing no professionalism or responsibility.

This experience has been deeply disappointing. I would not recommend ExportHub to any business looking for genuine trade support, as my experience shows they are not honouring their agreements nor respecting their customers’ time and investment.

Beware:

I had a highly disappointing experience with ExportHub involving a business transaction that directed my payment to Binary IT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, Karachi. Despite making full payment, I received no product or service, and my money remains stuck with no satisfactory explanation or support from either party.

I have contacted both ExportHub and the associated company multiple times with clear documentation and proof of payment, yet no one has taken responsibility or offered a resolution. This raises serious concerns about the transparency and legitimacy of their operations.

I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with ExportHub or any businesses affiliated with Binary IT Solutions. Unfortunately, my experience reflects a lack of professionalism, accountability, and trustworthiness.

THIS IS A CON! BE WARNED. They take your $600 and promise you a minimum of four solid clients a week...at least related to your products and all you get are more con-artists scammers trying to get you to send your product without even paying a deposit. Once the first month is up...you never hear from them again. And you can't get your money back even after the first week when I realized they were spammers.

Spam website. After I delete my account and asked to delete my data from their servers, I still get spam e-mails from people who got my email address from them. Don't ever register...!

C'est une arnaque totale. J'ai perdu avec eux plus de 7000 dollars. Tous les commentaires prétendant le contraire sont faux. Il faut extrêmement se méfier d'eux et sa me surprend qu'il continue de fonctionner ainsi depuis des années sans être inquiété. Le ministère de l'intérieur devrait interdire ce site en France et même en Europe.
