If I were judging you on your staff I would give you 10+. we have had a difficult experience with my wife's account but your staff have been fantastic, two ladies in particular were really brilliant. I cannot remember the first ladies name but the second was Sanija Banerjee. Both were absolutely fantastically patient and kind. Please give them both a pay increase! Your systems are complicated and confusing for people of any age but especially for pensioners like my wife and I. These problems are really due to the dishonest people who will steal from anyone! try to simpify

Apart from having to contact the office a few times to remind them not to bother sending me statements every month, I have had no issues with Family Building Society. When I have spoken to a staff member they have always been courteous and helpful, in particular Lisa Adams, the last lady I spoke to. It’s a company I don’t worry about phoning because so far, they are all very pleasant.

I have been a member of family building society for many years.,in all that time they have provided me with an excellent service,efficient and courteous but also friendly and willing to take time with me especially helpful to an older person.
