Delayed, missed and unreliable delivery service. This company is clearly over their heads. Maybe once a good business model but they took on way more than they could chew. The result is a disaster.... Toon meer

Getting a package—whether it’s a meal plan, a hot pair of shoes, or a new couch is fun. We aim to keep it that way, because delivery happiness shouldn’t end with a lost package, a moldy perishable, or a box teasing you from inside a locked leasing office. So we designed a solution that removes the package burden from property managers and gives residents a delivery experience worthy of their excitement. That is, we allow property managers to focus on their core business (not package delivery), and bring every package safely to its owner’s waiting hands.

This company is a complete joke. Completely unprofessional and shouldn't be used by any residence for delivery purposes. All you're doing is putting a hazard between yourself and getting your package.
I've been living in my apartment for 2 weeks and thought I really liked the service but then, a package valued over $100 goes missing. Tracking shows it was delivered to their facility but it was not logged in or delivered to me. I have sent 3 emails with no responses. Their "live chat" also does not work as it just takes you to a screen that says "loading" indefinitely. I have no idea how to get a hold of someone or how to file a claim. Therefore I will have to file in a court of law next week. Apparently everyone has had at least a few packages go missing and the lack of response, help or accountability will really take you over the edge.
*Note: Their response is asking me to email them however I have already emailed multiple times and received no response, hence the purpose of this complaint.

Horrible thieves! My UPS package full of Christmas from Macy's on Friday 12/2 and I scheduled the 1st delivery time for the next day. When the delivery slot arrives, I receive a message to reschedule, even though the message I view each morning is that it is out for delivery. No response from their Customer Service. The Elm Apts,FWT charges me each month for this crap. I saw my neighbor receive a package yesterday, where was mine? Band of thieves!!!!!

I cannot begin to describe how terrible this delivery "service" is. I, like so many others, am forced to use them to receive packages and it has been nothing but daily frustration. Packages lost, constant delays and completely unresponsive customer service adds up to a terrible experience. I love almost everything else about my apartment but my experience with fetch is such that I am starting to wonder about breaking my lease, it's that bad. I don't understand how such a business can exist and how they conned so many management companies to contract with them. I would absolutely re-consider moving into any complex that uses fetch.

A 1 star review is actually being nice when it comes to this service. When forced to sign up through our apartment complex, they tell you how wonderful and that you will receive packages same day and that there’s no delay, what a joke. Quote from their FAQs: “will i get my packages slower by using fetch?”
“Nope. It’s the opposite. Because we have carrier relationships and a commercial address, we typically receive packages earlier in the day, which means we can get them to you faster.”
This is this biggest lie told. All packages are either next day or sometimes longer. Forget about trying to go pick up your package because there’s always a backlog and excuses as to why it hasn’t been able to be found. Also, good luck trying to reach customer service because that doesn’t exist. I have yet to hear from someone from submitting a ridiculous form on the app and trying to chat is useless as well. Awful service that could actually be good if it was handled properly.

Simply horrible! I but good for my dog and sometimes arrives a bit unfrozen. But this last time it came completely unfrozen. If it arrived like this, it means it has been outside a refrigerator for hours and hours. They don’t preserve well the food!

Dumbest business model imaginable. A package that you would have received today goes to Fetch first so they can deliver it to you tomorrow (hopefully). This is antithetical to consumer demands for next-day/same-day delivery, and is merely an unfair revenue generator for apartment complexes.

There is a reason that they have blocked customer's ability to comment on their social pages. If you are a property manager - DO NOT use this service, and if you are a resident somewhere that you are being forced to use this service - refuse to sign up. It is pure comedy that they falsely represent and try to market their services online as an added service that incentivizes leases for apartment communities. They have been featured as a mail scam on several news outlets.
The number of BBB and fraud complaints that they have are highly concerning. I have made 8 attempts to contact their office in the last week regarding a package that their employees falsely marked as delivered almost a week ago. Their customer support is pathetic and non-existent. The direct number that used to connect to a live person in the Austin, TX warehouse is now a dead end automated phone menu. Their chat bot is also a dead end.
The one customer support rep I did get an email response from flat out stopped responding to my email requests for information on my package that was either lost or stolen by an employee there, and the employees clearly take full advantage of the fact that Fetch "support" channels that are all dead ends. When you do get a questionably live or competent person answering their email support they still fail to answer any direct questions or address how they will resolve an issue with missing packages.
I will continue filing BBB complaints and reporting their theft and mail fraud as long as they continue to ignore my attempts to get information on my packages that they lost and falsely marked as delivered.

The service is terrible. You have to wait hours and even days after your package was delivered for Fetch to have it in their system. Several packages have been lost, returned to sender, or damaged. Worst part is most apartments force their residents to use & pay for this service by telling carriers that they are not allowed to deliver directly to the apartment and anyone who tries will have their packages returned to sender, which is the only reason these people are still in business. Oh, and customer support is scarce to non-existent.
Long gone are the days, of a thief driving around the neighborhood looking for packages on door steps. That requires buying gas! They are now hired at FetchPackage. This way they can at least cherry pick their items to steal!
This is how it’s done, an expensive items such as a laptop, sunglasses, or (insert expensive item here), the driver looks at the return address. It’s delivered to the front door, and a picture is taken of both the package and door to prove, “We Delivered it!”
Then the delivery driver text his buddy BillyBob, and says you better get over to unit 2208, I just dropped off an Apple Laptop, get it before the owner gets home. BillyBob enters the building probably using his buddy’s work shirt and steals the package.
Don’t worry, your $10 Amazon coffee mug won’t get stolen, the thief has the benefit of choosing higher priced items.
In my case, I ordered a new Apple laptop, with a specific delivery date. A week later Apple sends me an email stating my laptop was delivered several days earlier. I scrabble to the poorly designed Fetch iPhone app to STOP all deliveries. My only point of contact is a Chat Bot, no phone number or email! I send out 4 text messages over 3 days to stop all deliveries, all request go unanswered. I get an email with photo from Fetch, showing the laptop was delivered in front of my door, while on my business trip, I contact the front desk of my building to get the package and he states, “it wasn’t there.” The quickness or organized theft!
Why did my text messages, autogenerated responses and ticket numbers go unanswered? That would require Fetch, to hire humans to provide proper customer service. They clearly don’t want to spend money on that. Let a computer run it.
I drive 30 minutes to the Fetch warehouse in Fort Lauderdale to confront a human on how to proceed further with my stolen laptop. I saw a highly unorganized facility, the supervisor shrugged her shoulders and said someone would be in contact.
I then went home and filed a police report on the stolen laptop, the police officer commented, we rarely, if ever get stolen packages from this secured building. My response, “You do, when dealing with internal theft.”
Fetch has a poorly designed app, that allows little to no contact with anyone at the company. There’s no email or phone, just a computerized chat bot, they like it this way, less people to hire. They don’t care about customer service. They already closed on some big building contracts like Greystar. So the fewer employees the better the profits. The 28 year old CEO Michael Patton is an inept leader, that doesn’t know how to run a company.
They need to bring back Luxor, at least they have security lock boxes and customer service who answers phones.
Worst Service EVER!
I was forced to use Fetch in my apartment. My package goes missing all the time. In the few times they didn't go missing, they arrived 2 weeks after Amazon delivered them to Fetch facility. These guys are really sloppy and irresponsible. I plan to move out soon.
I was forced to use Fetch through my apartment and was told to register and use the Fetch delivery address moving forward. Unfortunately, because there was no option to opt out, I had to send my groceries to Fetch. Not only did they deliver them to the wrong address, but it took over 40 minutes to get someone on the phone to “look into” the issue. They then got back to me to let me know they couldn’t find the groceries that they misdelivered, and somehow had no idea WHERE they delivered them, and that they would have to submit it to claims for reimbursement, to which I had to send them an itemized list of the items they lost. They took over two weeks to conclude their investigation and let me know that they wouldn’t be reimbursing me because they claimed that I didn’t enter my correct address, which I did.
I am shocked that a company can openly and legally run a scam like this. If your role, as a company, is to stand between me and my packages, at least do the bare minimum of delivering them to the correct location. The fact that people are PAYING for this service, for their packages to be withheld and delivered to the wrong location with no accountability, is unbelievable.
I urge you to look into their reviews thoroughly before signing up. If you don’t care about your packages arriving where they need to go, they’re the company for you, because they will not take responsibility when THEY don’t deliver.
worst company in the world the carriers steal packages and the on hold time is of 6 hrs
