Well Florelli have done it again, I sent a bag back in August 13th via post office, have proof of posting and time and date they received the bag back.
I have emailed them numerous times, sent photo of proof of posting and the tracking to say what time and date they had it back. Which was the 15th August at around 12 o clock, And still nothing. Have rang the number for London with no one answering the calls? It’s just atrocious the way they treat customers. Will never buy from them again

This bag is absolutely terrible the zip nearly cut my hand and is all wonky can't fasten properly I will never buy again can't send back as no dhl near me

Order ref: Fiorelli_100190297 I received the bag today and it's clearly been used and returned, therefore a used item and not the NEW item I paid full price for. I found a access pass for someone else, previous bag owner, inside one of the pockets in the bag.
From such a reputable brand, I expected much more and then we move onto the customer service (or lack there of). It has been 3 days of me trying to contact customer service and I have received not a single reply. I am appalled and doubt I will be returning to this business in the future. What a shame.

I order a bag and it arrived quite quickly. The handle snapped off within a month, I emailed and got a replacement which took just over a week. The replacement also snapped within a month so emailed again for a refund and have just been ignored. The bags are clearly poorly made and not worth the prices.

I bought a beautiful small backpack from them, and i couldn't be happier. It's excellent quality and was well packaged. Everytime i look at my bag, i think 'i love my bag so much' and usually i hate everything i order online so it was a nice surprise. The only things is, i wish they did a matching purse 😉 hint, hint.

I've seen a few bad reviews regarding shoes BUT they don't sell shoes, only handbags and purses, so i think they have the wrong company, so it's a shame that those reviews will affect this company.

Still not arrived and not refunded me after asking a few times. Really bad company to buy from and they are not in the uk when they state they are

#AVOID# Needs to zero stars. Ordered September 2023. Complained in October and asked for a refund. They said that the item was not longer In stock so I could choose anything for the same price as a good will gesture 🤣. I asked for a refund and they said that they would process it.. a few days later in November 2024, I was told that my item had been shipped 🤣 and would arrive within 15 day.. in January 2025 when my item still had not been delivered, I informed my bank and had it refunded. This scam company then asked me to send the money back haha jokers.

This company doesn't deserve a star. I bought shoes for my wive mid November 2024 and their answer was the parcel is on the way. It shows its still in China. They wont reimburse me until i receive the shoes and return them. 24 feb 2025 and still nowhere to be seen. Dont buy from these scammers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ZERO STARS.

Ordered early December. It is now February and it has still not arrived. Customer service is disgraceful. Absolute scam.

I ordered a pair of trainers in November, for a Christmas present. Still not here, near the end of February.
Like some other reviewers, I contacted them, to be told, thank you for your patience, problem with the supplier.
I now see that the website has disappeared. No surprise!

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts. Only once ordering was it made clear that they came from China. Kept chasing, kept getting told it was on the way. Nothing materialised, asked for a refund - nothing. No response to emails after a while. Thankfully I ordered it on credit card and got my money back.
Save yourself the time and the effort and go elsewhere.

Purchased some bags, only used one so far and strap broke. Contacted them within the year, only offered 30% off next purchase. Wanted a replacement or refund but was refused.

I ordered trainers last summer. They keep telling me they are in transit so can’t be refunded. It’s over 6 months, they are scammers. Do not use this company.

If there was a zero star option i would have still wanted a lower option. I ordered 2 items on 29th November 2024. I am still waiting for these items, ordered for Christmas 2024, to arrive. Many emails to enquire, which they do reply to, and no resolution. They are polite and cite they clearly state items come from the factory in China, which they do not, if I had been advised it would take more than 2 weeks for the items to arrive I would NOT have placed my order. They then say they cant track it because it hasnt entered the UK. I could have flown to the factory, picked it up and returned several times by now. In the end I contacted my bank for resolution.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
The reviews dated Jan 2025 are suspicious given the website has been removed for several weeks.

I have ordered quite a few bags from this site over the last couple of years and have loved them all!
I did have one bag that started to have a bit of a peeling issue after 3 months of use but I emailed Fiorelli and they replied the next day and gave me an immediate refund and didn’t I didn’t have to go through the hassle of sending the bag back. The customer service I received was brilliant. I just ordered another bag in the sale, great price and arrived within 2 days! Again, I love it!

How can they have such a poor rating??? I've been purchasing Fiorelli for years, never fails me. My daughter has fiorelli every birthday and Christmas.

I was gifted a new Fiorelli bag some time ago and saved it until I wanted to use it.
The first time I used it the faux leather started peeling off. I contacted Fiorelli to see if they can help, unfortunately they won’t help without an order number. (The person who gave me the bag is no longer around) I am disappointed I wasn’t helped so will put the bag in the bin
