Order a dress since July 17th till today haven’t received my parcel. No information from them and all emails I send are coming back as unmonitored email address.
Either a scam or very poor customer service.

Quite a long wait but when it arrived the dress was excellent. Much better than I expected. Fantastic value for money. I’m a bit perplexed by the anonymity of this company.. Is it Chinese? No information in the parcel.

The shoes ordered took some time to arrive and initially looked fine, UNTIL I tried to put them on! The buckle and fastening are ridiculous and like nothing else I’ve seen.
It is impossible to fasten them at all so I have to return two pairs.
I hope I receive my refund!

The service from fiorelli was fast and efficient from ordering to receiving my bag.
Unfortunately the bag wasn’t as I expected (too small for what I wanted) so had to return it. Using the return service through the web site which was easy to follow I found that there was no provision for not having a printer to get labels required, I emailed the customer service department who quickly responded by offering me an alternative via Royal Mail and sent all of the information via email to me so as I could get the package sent back.
A positive experience all round.

I ordered the Trenton backpack from Fiorelli in the July 2024 sale. I started using it as soon as I received it. However, after using it for less than a week, the material tab on the main zip came off. After contacting Fiorelli customer services & submitting photos via email, I was offered a replacement or credit note straight away. Although initially I was dissapointed about the faulty bag, I am very happy with the prompt resolution Fiorelli has offered me and I wouldn't hesitate on shopping with Fiorelli again.

Absolutely awful customer service. I sent back the one of the 3 handbags. Never been used, only unpacked. Condition as reseived. They were rude sugesting I have used the bag and that I am a liar. I will never use fiorelli.

Ordered a bag to be sent to tje wrong addresss. Emailed customer service late in a Sunday afternoon and matter was rectified first thing on Monday morning. Excellent customer service.

Good quality handbags, specially if you like lightweight handbags. I always purchase for myself and gifts for special ones.

This is my second Fiorelli bag. This time I bought the Rosa. Lovely bag, stylish meets practical. Very good for travel as it has a zip on outside to hold passport etc, also it holds other things comfortably eg hand sanitiser. Adjustable strap means you can use as crossbody bag, and I am of short stature and it looks good even at my height (5ft1). I have always received compliments on these bags.

I have been always a Fan of Fiorelli's handbags. But this time their customer service has blown me away too. I had an issue with my order which was promptly resolved by them. Really impressed!! Wil always buy from them.

Contacted customer service after the zip on my bag stopped working after only a few uses. Despite the bag being just outside the warranty period a full replacement was given. I am hoping the quality of the replacement bag will be better but can’t fault customer service.

My husband ordered a backpack last year for my birthday unfortunately a piece of the lettering came away it spoils the look of the bag
Contacted Fiorelli they wouldn’t do anything with out an order number my husband hadn’t kept this
So unfortunately I now have a bag that I thought was going to last and unfortunately is spoiled by the lettering that came away

I recently purchased some lovely bags from te fiorelli website. Unfortunately one had some small defects on the handle and a return wasn't possible. The Fiorelli customer service team went above and beyond to resolve the matter and meet me halfway. I literally emailed them earlier in the afternoon and in a few hours they had resolved the issue.

Avoid ordered products last month . Never been sent. No refund as well

When my bag started to fall apart after just 4 or 5 weeks of light use, I contacted what this company lightly term as ‘customer services’ in the hope they might be able to help. I was told that I was just outside the six month guarantee time period, even though they moved this date twice when I pointed out that the guarantee should start upon delivery rather than purchase date.

This product was clearly faulty and they were never going to help with a replacement, which makes me think that this company is possibly in trouble. The quality certainly isn’t anything like it used to be. I won’t be buying one of their bags again, if they’re even around long enough to keep producing them, and I would certainly never give any of their customer service staff a job. A complete joke of a company, invest your money elsewhere and you make get to use your bag for more than a month.

I saw an offer on Facebook for an extra 15% off the sale bags and free delivery so decided to treat myself to a new bag. I placed my order and money was taken straight away, I got an email confirming my order but saying they were experiencing a delay with orders and would get it shipped as soon as possible. I decided to take a look on trustpilot out of curiosity and saw all the bad reviews and started to regret my order thinking I wasn’t going to receive it.
However I then received an email the next day saying it had been dispatched and I received it two days later. I am very pleased with the bag and the quickness of the delivery seen as it was free. I just wanted to reassure people who had seen the bad reviews and were worried about placing an order

I have had numerous fiorelli items in the past. But this as put me off completely. I ordered nearly 2 weeks ago. I chased it up to be told there has been a delay. Then today they have cancelled and refunded. Very disappointing. These were suppose to be gifts now I've got a short space of time to rectify this after the already long delay in being told this. Won't use them again now.

Ordered a bag for my wife, on express delivery. After waiting over a week contacted them. Replied saying they would investigate. After a further wait, and no response contacted them again.
Got an email saying out of stock, and would refund within 7 days! Took them 2 weeks to reach this conclusion (how?) and now have to wait 7 days for my own money. Absolute joke, avoid at all costs
