I ordered Bonnie small on offer in black, so happy with my purchase and love how it looks! I am going travelling so perfect size to hold everything. Looks stylish with pink satin interior. Love how you can adjust the strap or remove as a carry bag. My teenage daughter also give it the thumbs up. Would recommend.

I've ordered my sling court shoes November '24.
Received several emails that it will arrive soon...but still waiting.
I can not contact them as email address provided not found.

I ordered some gloves in the sale with express delivery. I could see the delivery company still had the items. I emailed Fiorelli and they said they would look into it. It was all dealt with in a very timely manner and I’m very pleased with the quality and look of the product now I’ve received my order.

Please don't trust this company.

They haven't delivered the item yet. They did not refund the money and emailed me as dispatched. But DHL hasn't received it yet. It is a waste of money and time. I emailed them as I need the item by today; otherwise, I won't be available at the current address. But no use. I will not recommend this company as trustworthy. It makes me so disappointed.
They do not value customer satisfaction and requests.

i ordeted some barefoot type walking flat shoes early november, no sign of them, no refund, no communication from firalli. cost over £54. very disappointed, obviously a scam company, what do you say firalli? where are my shoes??? pip. penzance cornwall.

Awful service, currently out of pocket and haven’t received the product I ordered. They keep blaming the delivery company and the delivery company has said they haven’t received it from Fiorelli. They are refusing to cancel to order and give me back my money. Customer service is now not replying to me. Avoid this company they just steel your money!

Fiorelli scam company. I order my dress on 18 November and today is 6 January - till today no dress . Send them an email no response. Please be careful. I reported the scam to the bank.

After receiving a bag from my daughter for Christmas,the shoulder strap was missing. My daughter contacted Fiorelli to be told they don't keep parts!! Terrible customer service.

AVOID. Fiorelli is a complete scam. They take the money straight away and the items are never delivered. Their items are overpriced and you are just wasting your money, because nothing ever comes. I have got a refund from my credit card provider.

Avoid this company they keep promising delivery and no intentions . Ask your bank to do a charge back as they tell lies about delivery times

I’d ordered an item that wasn’t expensive but was just the wrong colour, a pair of gloves. I cannot believe the lengths Fiorelli went to to facilitate me returning them free of charge. What a fantastic company to deal with!

Ordered boots 11 Nov, nothing delivered, emails bounced back & bloody scam!

Please, I bought a jacket from this company more than a month ago and they are making fun of me. They keep telling me that they are going to send it and they don't send anything, not even the tracking number. I don't understand how this company continues to operate online so that people buy from them.

I ordered on the 5th October and I am still waiting. I have requested a refund and they insist that the item will arrive. I had to buy another dress as it was for a wedding. My bank has refunded me but I will never order from Fiorelli never again. They are a scam, avoid.

Be cautious when buying on this website. They are scammers. I purchased on them last month. Since then I haven't received my order. It's taken 1 month. They are good in giving excuses that why you can't pay through PayPal because they know there status well. Iam Very disappointed with them. Because of making me to spend again when they couldn't deliver on time for my occasion. Buy from them at your own risk

Been over 2 months now. Everytime i contact them same standard generic reply. So I reported them as a scam to my bank. They raised an investigation and have been made to refund me my money...finally. please please beware. DDDDDONT order from this company.

**SCAM** company, avoid, avoid, avoid. Never received what I ordered and website doesn't even register my order number. Fobbed off when I emailed. 5 star reviews are no doubt fabricated.

I've placed an order but when paying with Google pay it changed the delivery address !! I took me 3 good hours to be able to contact them through the chat (phone calls are not answered). Once there I have had Amber who was fantastic and could change my delivery address so my issue was sorted.

i spent nearly £200 with this company. I ordered 3 dresses to arrive yesterday for a special occasion. The company kept sending messages to say they would arrive soon but that did not happen. I am going to contact my bank today to see if I can get my money refunded. I would not use them again!!
