Best quote given for my car insurance. I even added some extra protection to my policy which still made it cheaper than my last insurance policy. It covers all my needs and was so simple to set up. Found this insurance through gocompare website. For doing it this way I even have my compulsory amount covered in case of an accident plus £100 holiday voucher.

Very disappointed, on filling in the application , the first stumbling block was my email address would not be accepted, kept asking for an alternative , which I didn’t have as I only have one email address, so eventually I had to use a member of family email in order to complete my application !!
Having completed my application and paying the amount requested , I thought I was home & dry but no !! Couldn’t access my account with the login sent to me , tried several times, then went to the chat helpline spent a good amount of time engaging with a specialist who ending up changing my email to my own !! Which wasn’t accepted intitially ?? Tried this one no joy !!To cut long long story short I have been told to wait until policy date arrived and try again. Not actually a carefree experience ☹️

I have not been able to sign in to my account on line. I repeatedly get error messages and n offer of a remedy.
What is going on?

had the unfortunate luck of getting my new car stolen.

The online line process was hard to follow and easy to make mistakes, I ended up with two policies instead of one. Two payments set up. When I used the chat to contact it was difficult to get a assistant to chat to and even then it was very automated responses,

Easy to arrange, good price, good service but change in circumstances meant didn’t need insurance atm so got in touch to cancel, no problem, couldn’t have been more helpful. Got full refund without hassle. Would definitely use them in the future
