Great experience with Fisher&Paykel delivery and installation team. Steve and Andrei were professional, efficient and kind. They collected our old fridge and super quickly installed the new Fisher& Paykel one which is a great addition to our kitchen. The explanation on how it works was also sufficient and well appreciated, as it saves me of reading boring manuals. Many thanks.

Steve & Andrei were lovely - called half an hour before they arrived, they were personable, helpful & friendly, explained what they would be doing to replace the door panel & took all the rubbish away. Apologised that I’d had a problem - nice given it wasn’t their fault! Great customer service, thank you!

Robin rang ahead to advise his arrival time. He quickly identified the problem and told us what the total price would be for part and labour.
He was polite, genial, and , as far as we can tell two minutes after his departure, totally competent. We look forward to years more service from our dishwasher.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Sorted out everything that needed to be done unlike the delivery guys who left it uneven and water filter tucked under a unit.

Bradley excellent engineer came today to look at fridge freezer which was making a knocking sound. Sooo disappointed with my fridge freezer this is the third visit in 2 years!! Not sure I would buy fisher & Paykel again

Adam Smith (Tech126) provided outstanding customer service. He diagnosed and resolved my issue in under 20 minutes and made the whole process quick and stress-free.

He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to offer additional advice and support. He also encouraged me to get back in touch if I experienced any further issues, which gave me real confidence in the service.

What really stood out was that he went the extra mile by asking about my other Fisher & Paykel products to make sure everything was working well and whether I needed any assistance with them. That level of care and genuine customer focus is rare.

Brilliant! I cannot recommend highly enough! We are absolutely delighted with our fridge freezer! The customer service is amazing. The engineer - Dan - arrived promptly and solved the minor problem so speedily, and explained what the problem was. He even offered to mop the floor! He was polite and courteous. We would definitely recommend Fisher Paykel! Thank you Dan!

Adam was great, he adapted to a last minute change and fixed all the issues including some I didn’t think could be fixed.

Bought a $2250 dishwasher in late 2023, it stopped working early 2026 after a little over 2 years. F&P technician came out and claimed cockroaches damaged one of the circuit boards (without disassembling the unit and physically looking). I disassembled myself and took photos of the boards which appear undamaged and unaffected by insects, sent to F&P and have been back and forward with them for months now.

They say they have no duty to repair/replace the dishwasher under Australian consumer law despite it CLEARLY being not reasonably durable, and show zero goodwill. They would have spent more in wages in emails replying to me justifying why this is a reasonable failure than they would if they supplied a board.

Absolutely disgusted and will never buy another Fisher & Paykel product. Can't recommend staying away from them enough.

Easy to arrange an appointment, gave prior notice of arrival, arrived on time and got straight onto dealing with the problem which was quickly resolved great service
