Excellent fridges, excellent service
The service was very easy to book on line. The engineer was excellent. He called to let me know what time he was going to arrive. He very quickly worked out the problem with my freezer ice maker. It was mended very quickly. A very efficient service. I would highly recommend Fisher & Paykel.

Amateur and incompetent customer service
I ordered a replacement water filter on 11th June, I paid for it and had acknowledgement but not dispatch or follow up message. I tried to investigate through the website but this did not provide any details. I called on 25th June and spoke to a lady who was very friendly but could not provide any help just that she would raise a case with Warehouse to understand where the dispatch documents are. Today on 1st July I received an email telling me a case has been raised to investigate my dispatch. No update on where it is or any suggestion about how it would be resolved. So 3 weeks after paying for a filter I have no idea when it will be delivered and no avenue to understand how to query this. The website provides no update and calling the customer service team the same. Really believe they need to sort out their customer service

Style over Substance
I recently purchased a Fisher & Paykel range cooker and after many months of use have found it very lacking. The temperature control is very poor, you cannot select the temperature you need as it misses out 110, 130, i50 and neither can you select any midway temps eg 135 or 175 despite the fact that in the supplied user guide it recommends these temperature for various baking and meat items. ie Turkey cooked at 165 Chicken 175 Cake at 155 or 165. If you need the grill you have to heat the whole 90cm width as there is no way to use only half. The warming drawer barely heats and takes so long it is impractical. The hob does not heat an entire area marked on it only the middle leading to pans burning in the centre and not cooking around the edges. The timer is so quiet that with the oven running and an extraction hood on you cannot hear it. The shelves have to be removed for pyro cleaning even though the runners can stay in. The stainless steel surrounding the hob is so flimsy that even a saucepan touching it scratches. Previously I have owned Miele products and the quality and control is outstanding. I could never recommend Fisher & Paykel and consider this oven the worst kitchen purchase I have ever made.

Usual Excellent Service
My dishwasher developed a fault causing a trip on my consumer unit. Adam arrived as agreed, diagnosed the problem, explored options and we agreed the outcome that suited me best.
Can't imagine how it could have been better service. everything is now working as expected.

tried to get someone to help with an urgent issue and they just have some useless bot telling you to read the manual or to book a (not cheap) service call out which will be in a months time. When you ask to speak to a person they just hang up on you.
Really quick and efficient
Jiy was quick and efficient, tidy work too. I was kept informed regularly regarding his arrival time and he was in time. Fridge freezer now back to its normal working self!

Zero Interest in Customer and Customer Service Feedback
In October 2025, I organised for a service engineer to come and look at my free standing oven. The visit cost close to £200
I bought this oven from Fisher and Paykel directly.
I filled in the form required to organise the service. I provided a great detail what the fault was and how it impacted the oven's performance.
I did not fill in the exact model number of my oven because this was deemed optional.
A very professional and polite engineer arrived and asked how long I had the oven. I said 10 years and said this is amazing as it looks brand new. Also he said he had never seen an oven like mine. I told him I bought it directly from F&P.
He looked at the oven briefly and agreed with me that the problem I was having must relate to couple of parts linked to the function switch. He said he would go and price these parts and come back to me. He also said there would be no charge for fitting these parts because my original fee covered this work.
Later in the afternoon he phoned me back and was very apologetic and said that Fisher & Paykel did not have any parts for my oven and that it was not possible for him to repair it. He also said he was embarrassed to make this offer but I could trade my oven in against a new oven and receive £250. It was clear he was very unhappy about being put in this position.
I contacted customer service to see if they would give me a partial refund given that they had not done anything with regard to repairing my oven but they have consistently refused this request. They have also shown no interest in my feedback relating to the CRM errors that led to this situation and the shocking customer service I have received.
This experience turned a very happy customer into someone who is very unlikely to buy one of their products again.
