Delivery and fit
First deliver on 6.8.36 and my second delivery on 29.8.26 from fishpools which were both a good service. I was called to advise of ETA. Steve and his colleague did a great job of safe delivery and setting up my drawers. The wardrobe was set up by another company via fishpools, good job. Very please with my bedroom furniture

Having complained recently regarding…
Having complained recently regarding Fishpools not being able to fit our sofa in. Yet an outside company did!
Tony at Fishpools had taken the time to call us and rectify the problem by issuing a full refund of the fees we inherited from the outside company.
We appreciate you taking the time Tony to notice this problem and call us immediately to resolve.
However I must add the reply to my previous complaint was very selective in the response. Deflecting out point.

This was a second delivery attempt as…
This was a second delivery attempt as the first one couldn’t get the sofa through the door. I’ve had several conversations with Fishpools as I was getting very stressed about the whole thing. However, Billy and Tim made light work of the delivery, were very polite and helpful. It was done very efficiently and I am very pleased with the product. But a huge heads up to Billy and Tim! Very pleased with the delivery service received today. The delivery men were polite and friendly and made sure our home was protected by placing floor coverings down and taking care with the furniture they delivered. The notifications were informative and helpful too around the time of delivery taking place.
