The engineer and the guys who came to install the equipment were very friendly and professional. Also organising the delivery date has never been more flexible and smooth. Can only recommend them.

I got my Pulse Fitness bike from FitKit because it’s the same one I used to use at my local gym and I really liked it. The first bike had a fault, but the team was great. Particularly Liam who came over three times, first to replace the bike and then to help with some software update issues. He was super patient, friendly, and genuinely wanted to get it sorted.

Honestly, I can’t fault the service. Although there was a little bit of a wait to get the bikes swapped, but overall FitKit have been brilliant from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We booked in a service for our Precor cross trainer which gets a lot of use. Liam came and carried out an excellent service, thoroughly cleaning and lubricating all the relevant parts of the machine which was pretty dirty inside as we’re too nervous to take it apart ourselves. The machine now runs much more smoothly and feels less “bumpy.”
I would definitely use this company again. They were professional and reliable. Liam did a great job for us.

Just received our Machines which are in great condition they have been delivered installed and cleaned by a very professional team . We are very happy with the whole team effort from start to finish . We would highly recommend this company if you are after professional Sports Equipment at a very good rate .

2 cardio machines one was in brilliant condition and no issues with set up. The other had issues but they are being proactive in arranging a replacement.
Now received the replacement in brilliant condition, with effortless swap. Things can go wrong but really impressed with the customer service resolving the issue and confident in buying further equipment from Fitkit UK.

Like all the products I've tried, from shower gels to shampoo and moisturisers. Prefer the hydrate and magnesium ones over the CBD, but very satisfied with all purchases and have repeat ordered a few times now, and will do so again. I like the packaging and pouch option also. If you're not sure, as it's not the cheapest I would say try it, particularly the shampoo, it smells great

We bought our Precor crosstrainer a couple of years ago and had been having issues with the touch screen, for a few weeks. One phone call, and an email later, and Liam was dispatched to try and solve the issue. What a superstar! We didn't really think that the issue was fixable, but Liam sorted it right out! A few recalibrations of the screen and a little tlc service, and our machine was back up
and running.
Absolutely thrilled with the service that this company provides, from our initial purchase to the callout today. Brilliant!

I purchased two spinning bikes that turned out to be extremely rusty. Looking back, it makes sense why they refused to show me a video of the bikes before I made the payment. I was also told there would be some maintenance done, but after waiting more than 10 days, it’s clear that never happened, judging by the condition of the bikes. I’m heading to England this winter—can’t wait to see the scamming faces behind this mess in person.

I bought a stationary bike from FitKit back when the first COVID lockdowns hit and have been a client since. Last month I got the bike serviced and the engineer identified an issue with the drive belt. I followed up with FitKit, and today the same engineer returned to fit the new part. He even took the time to do extra adjustments to make the ride extra smooth. I'm super happy with the service. The team is polite, professional and responsive, special thanks to Helen in the office who communicated quickly via email and phone, provided advice and scheduled me in much quicker than the stated lead time. Kudos 👏

I recently (March 25) bought a WattBike for my gym and the help and service received from Scott and Helen was excellent. Immediate response to emails and very helpful. The bike itself was exactly as described and in great condition. I would definitely recommend buying from FitKit Uk and I will be using them again.

I bought a Star Trac Studio 5 Indoor Group Cycle - used - in February. I used FitKit due to the warranty. I had a problem with a bad knock on the pedal and reported it straight back to Helen who was very helpful and arranged an engineer to come out and fix it. Great service from Helen and John the engineer.

Well all i can say is that the service was fantastic, the equipment I got was super clean (almost looked brand new) it runs smoothly, the only noise I got was the belt which is completely normal where the belt was thinker and going over the rollers. Would buy again!

Great company to deal with. We purchased a 5 piece used selectorised strength set for our community Gym. The equipment is in excellent condition and Fitkit went the extra mile to ensure we had it delivered before Christmas
