Flash express drivers refuse to deliver
We have had drivers refuse to deliver unless we pay them extra (above and beyond what has already been paid) We constantly have false delivery reports claiming we are unavailable when no one showed up. (Can be proven with cctv) Reporting to main company seems to be useless. Proof of delivery photos usually show lat lng coordinates found with the picture to be at local distribution center. This is an ongoing issue. To the point that I now ask people I order from what shipper they use, if they respond flash express I do not order as it is a waste of time and money for everyone.

I've had bad experiences with them on both Lazada and Shopee. If you're ordering online, avoid Flash Express at all costs. They should be removed from these platforms due to their consistently poor service.

They are willing to aid scammers and basically say forget the victims. Had a scammer sell me a fake product and when brought to customer service they kept repeating to contact the seller who had already blocked me. Don't trust flash, they will side with the scammer

Slow and unreliable.
Whenever a parcel is to be delivered by his courier, it says that they attempted to deliver, they never do! It takes additional days for my parcels to arrive, all failed to be delivered between the expected date of arrival. It's pissing me off because all the parcel that I received from this courier are late. I would understand if it happened twice or thrice. But man, that's eleven times.
TRASH COURIER
If there was a 0-star option, that’s exactly what this company deserves. This courier service is an absolute joke. They take your money and then completely disappear when you need support. Their so-called “live chat” is useless, no one responds, especially Sue, who seems incapable of doing the job she’s supposed to be doing.
I’ve wasted so much time trying to get assistance, only to be ignored. The level of incompetence and lack of customer service is unbelievable. How can a delivery company operate like this and expect customers to trust them? It’s beyond frustrating, it’s infuriating.
Save yourself the stress and avoid this courier at all costs. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Completely unacceptable.

Worst delivery service ever. Every single time I receive notifications "OUT FOR DELIVERY "
Wait at home but no delivery. And that for 5 days so I wait everyday at home but nothing. There system is non existing. Last time I visited the place to pick up my package myself, there was a pill of package, no order and they couldn't find it. The customer service will just say to you that they will ask for urgent delivery but they do nothing. Just a waist of my time

My parcel delivery was tagged on delivery but they never actually called they just wrongly tagged as customer unreachable. Worst service if I can only give negative rating I would.
Don’t even deserve a single star
Don’t even deserve a single star. Very disappointing and unprofessional service experience. The courier was extremely rude and even spoke bad things to me, which is completely unacceptable behavior.
I also contacted customer service through chat, but the representative suddenly ended the conversation even though I was still politely asking for assistance. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they completely ignored my concern.
Both the courier and customer service showed a lack of professionalism and respect toward customers. I expect this matter to be properly investigated and addressed to prevent this kind of experience from happening again.

The rider did not go to the pinned location and failed to deliver my order. They have repeatedly texted me but have not completed the delivery. This has happened to me five times.
Bad customer service and unethical demand.
On 4/18 I got a call that my order with estd arrival of Apr 19-24 has arrived. Despite a complete house address, the delivery person was asking where my house is, so I told him. To my surprise, he asked me if I could pick up my order because it is bulky. I told him I paid 784 pesos and expect my order to be delivered to my house like all my Lazada orders in the past and was never asked to pick it up. He argued that he was not asking me to pick up my order which he did so I asked how much he was willing to pay me if I did. In the end he agreed to deliver it but he will deliver small items first. He doesn't know what time mine would be delivered. Bad conversation and service.

Out for delivery then say cannot contact customer but never contacted me then photo on order is not my address it is the delivery depot address. Now today something out for delivery even now at 9pm. Other delivery eventually turned up next day. At moment I do not trust them as service is absolutely awful. Worse courier ever
