Too slow service and too much bad…

Too slow service and too much bad experience, my parcel P6127GJ9PZTAJ should deliver January 16 but even little update from their rider wala!!!! I even tried to call and text hundred of times also even follow up to their customer service from time to time but no progress at all!!! Poor service!!

USELESS

I hope there's 0 star here!! I failed to update my contact number that's why I tried to contact given on their tracking status and even talked to their customer service 3 times to send an updated contact number! There's also instructions indicated on my parcel but it was all useless!!

“Failed delivery scam”

“Failed delivery scam” never been contacted the proof of attempted delivery was screenshots of the phone with my parcel, which was clearly still in the warehouse. After reading other people’s reviews
Im surprised how they are not being investigated by relevant authorities.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT.. No one called or texted me, i checked my black app and it says failed attempt.. i called the rider and caught her red handed.. she said she came by 11am but no one answered, i checked the cctv in front of our gate and boom no one came, she suddenly asked for my land mark and i was like i thought you already came by why are you asking for my land mark then.. she just laughed nervously and tried to pacify the situation

P6118FS9HY7DD tracking number has yet to arrive…

P6118FS9HY7DD tracking number has yet to be delivered. Item ordered on nov 30, Estimated delivery for dec 5. Latest tracking notice was on dec 14 stating parcel is on the way. Until today Jan 3, the item has not arrived. At the very least, flash express could provide an update for the delay.

A joke of a delivery company

Ordered 9 parcels on the 18th for Christmas delivery, 8 all arrived on time apart from the flash delivered one, it's now the 1st of January and still waiting. It's been in the local depot since the 22nd and hasn't moved since. Contacting them is pointless as they just tell you to wait, this company needs to close down as it's hopeless.

After experiencing all the bad from this company... I have to show you what the overall consenses of FLASH EXPRESS actually is
FYI, I experienced all of this and yet the workers are still there and still pulling the same crap.

Here are the ACTUAL FACTS!!! about Flash Express and there incompetent business...

Terrible Experience - anything but "Express"

For 3 days we waited for the driver. He said he was coming so we went home and waited, but he never arrived. He read our messages and ignored them. He ignored our calls and did not return calls. I contacted customer service and waited 49 minutes, but they did NOTHING. I called manager Adel who said "just wait for the package." This company is terrible! I will contact all future sellers to make sure they are not using this company.

This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company. They manipulate the system to get away with their lack of ability to deliver on time.

2 instances. My deliveries were flagged as “Can’t contact Recipient” 3 times. They never contacted me, and I had to visit their warehouse which by the way, they just throw parcels (even fragile ones) like they’re Pokeballs

Another time is they marked attempted delivery unsuccessful, but they never actually tried.

They do this so the system won’t flag them and put the blame on them. Never trust people who play the system.

Absolutely the worst service in the…

Absolutely the worst service in the world. Not that any couriers in the Philippines are good but Flash really is the worst of all - they never update progress, communication is poor and when you do manage to speak to customer service they never give you correct updates or information.

The only thing flash express can…

The only thing flash express can deliver is headaches. Drivers are thieves, delivery of empty packages, dishonest drivers, when they do manage to deliver something it’s always damaged or opened by the drivers. Customer service can’t understand simple English and are 100% useless. This company needs to be shut down. It’s gotten to the point if a seller marks my package with flash express I cancel the item. Point blank and period. Useless company

the best return to sender courier.

Yes, you read that right. All 4 of my parcels from Flash Express are ALWAYS returned because NONE of the drivers even attempted to contact me. Not a text or a missed call. They'll do attempts on the first and last day of delivery and no signs from them doing the attempt. The drivers are lazy. DO NOT ENDORSE YOUR ITEMS TO THEM TO HAVE YOUR PARCEL DELIVERED.

I purchased an item on November 14th 14th…

I purchased an item on November 14th and still have not received it on December 1st. It was released from customs on the 20th and assigned a Flash Express tracking number. Flash Express claimed the tracking number was invalid and they had no idea where my parcel was. They said it was not their problem. Finally after contacting both the seller and Lazada, the tracking number became active again on November 28th but Flash Express has no updates since then. What a Crappy company.
