BAD DELIVERY SERVICE OF RIDERS
Just remove your service as logistics partners in the app if you can't provide good service it's just some of your rider was lazy to deliver the parcel. It was frustrating that the app will mark you as Recipient missed delivery with proof of payment. The proof of payment is just a picture of the parcel. They're not just lazy riders also they're lying about the delivery which is not true.

Courier GERBY BALLENTES is lying
One of your courier from Shopee named GERBY BALLENTES stated that there was an attempt to deliver but the address pinned was incorrect. My address was correct. I never had a problem with my parcel delivery ever since and never had a delay using this address. Obviously, your couriers is LYING. He never attempted the delivery.
FlashExpress will not deliver big items - warehouse in Tabunok, Talisay Cebu
I ordered a Canon Printer in Shopee. I received a text message from FlashExpress saying that they would deliver it on that day, but no one came. I saw in the Shopee app that delivery attempt was unsuccessful: Recipient missed deliver with proof of payment. The proof of payment is just a picture of the parcel. This has been repeated on the other day. Until we exchanged text message, and the rider asked to call me. He explained that they could not deliver my parcel because it is big and heavy. Saying that his motorcycle is small, and he is afraid he might get into accident. He said that they do not have a van like J&T. So, he gave me 2 options - 1. He will give it to another rider for a "special" delivery which means that the other rider would only bring my order. This means that I would pay the other rider. 2. I would pick-up the order from their warehouse. If I do not choose then they would return my item to the seller. With a heavy heart, I opt for option #2. I picked it up. There warehouse is located in Tabunok, Talisay Cebu. I reported this to Shopee because it really pains me that I paid 370 pesos delivery fee but then I have to picked it up. Nabayaran pa sila sa pag pick-up ko sa item. But Shopee denied my request to refund of the delivery fee or even give me a compensation for the inconvenience.
Very delayed service
Very delayed service. Riders are lazy and takes advantage of kind hearts. Riders call just to prove they contacted you, the mark the parcel as "delivery unsuccessful" until parcel has to be returned to sender.
Flash TRASH
If I can give -5 star, I would. There was a time that when I received my parcel, it was already opened and sealed with packing tape. When I opened my parcel, all of the clothes were inside out and not folded properly, considering it's brand new. What's worse is there was a missing item, when I contacted them they said it was like that when they received it, but cannot even show me any proof. Their customer service also sucks, does not respond promptly and useless. That's why I have no choice to return all the items, the only problem is the I did not get the whole refund due to the missing item which was around 700. Flash "EXPRESS" better change it to Flash TRASH.
Flash Express is frustrating and Ridiculous
Flash Express is frustrating. The package has been in the area since November 17th. While I understand the initial delay due to Typhoon Pepito, this issue has now occurred twice- first to a different package. On November 20th, my parcel was tagged "out for delivery," and I waited the entire day, only for it to be reassigned to a different rider the following day. Ridiculous! The rider called at 9 PM when I am unavailable. I could have arranged a drop off point had they communicated the time of delivery earlier. This repeated inconvenience is unacceptable, and my patience has worn thin. If your company is facing staffing shortages, I urge you to reconsider accepting more deliveries than you can handle.
Worst courier service!
This is by far the worst courier service —completely unreliable and excruciatingly slow. Deliveries are constantly delayed, and the riders are rude and unprofessional. When they fail to deliver, they have the nerve to shift the blame onto the buyers. If there were an option for zero stars, I would give them that without hesitation, as they truly deserve it. I honestly can't understand how this courier is still in business.

Tamad na courier. Hindi nagpipick up tapos ilalagay na seller closed kahit napack na yung parcel at bukas ang store. It should be remove from lazada. Lots of parcels have been cancelled because of this courier. This courier causes too much stress to sellers
The delivery man was supposed to deliver it today.
The delivery man was supposed to deliver it yesterday but an there was an unexpected outing on 3pm which I only knew when I was told around 2:30pm. Usually, when I don't receive my parcel on the day it's delivered, they will deliver it again the next day. My shopee and the flash tracking website did say it will be delievered today but after waiting day to night, no one has ever called my phone number and no one has ever called my name because of a delivery. I really expected them to deliever it to me today because there was no update. After many hours of waiting, there was an update that the delivery failed and showed a picture of "proof" when they just pictured my parcel alone with no background of my gate, the floor, or anything. It was just cardboard. How do you call that proof? I guess they meant proof of having it but not actually coming here to intentionally deliver it to me. Is this some kind of revenge or? I understand but there is some set of rules when it comes to this. I was actually planning to apologize as I actually felt bad believe it or not but it's the truth. Can I please get it tomorrow? That parcel really means a lot to me as it is a symbol of me and My Husband's first matching thing..

My parcel has gone missing
My parcel has gone missing, marked as delivered proof of delivery no signature just a line of writing. My first time using this courier and it is really a bad experience. I called the company branch two days after its marked delivered and nothing received. They said they will deliver it the next day. Next day cane but nothing has arrived. Now the branch phone number just kept on ringing no one’s picking up. The rider answered my calls and actually told me that he is not the one who marked my item as delivered it was actually the supervisor of that said branch and the supervisor used his account. Now that I filed a complaint they put penalties on the rider. I don’t even know if they will give me a refund for the items lost.

I would like to kindly request that you remind your delivery riders to maintain respect when dealing with customers. I had an experience today that prompted me to write this message.
October 10, 2024,
while I was on my phone at home, I heard a loud noise outside our house. A delivery rider was knocking hard on both our door and gate. My parents and guardian were not home at the time as they had gone out to buy something, and I was left alone. The rider called out our last name but added bad words to it. I understand he was trying to deliver a package, but the manner in which he was doing so was inappropriate. The rider’s lack of respect was very evident, and it made me wonder how he would speak to an older person if this is how he treats a young customer like me.
Next time, please be careful with the words you say to customers. Whether the customer is young or old, you can still be reported if you disrespect them. The rider who delivered to us has a habit of shouting whenever there is a parcel for us, and he often includes bad words in his remarks. There were even times when he seemed to be losing control, banging on our gate and causing a disturbance. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.
As a 13-year-old, I already understand the difference between right and wrong. Yet, someone older than me, who should know better, acted disrespectfully. The noise he created also disturbed our neighbors, as he continued banging on our door and gate.
I urge you to speak with your delivery riders and remind them about the boundaries they must maintain. It is important that they show respect to all customers, regardless of age, and that they perform their duties professionally.
