They are usually late in delivery sending things to the wrong depot adding to delivery time, handling is sometimes poor, product arrives damaged. Shopee should provide a choice, I would use J&T every time, they get 5 stars

If I could give a zero stars or negative stars I would. This so called delivery service should be decommissioned. They lie, They Promise delivery but nothing. In my Area (Sergio Osmena, Zambonga Del Norte) I was told by my Nephew we all have to pick up because Flash Express does not deliver. This van parks near the Catholic Church. People have to come and pick up. Many of the people come from far away. Think of the extra cost involved. Really a SHAMEFUL DELIVERY SERVICE! I ask why your delivery service. Does not Deliver. The answer was No motorcycle and not paid enough to deliver. Poor, Poor, Pitiful Me! I stopped ordering from Lazada and Shopee after a 9 yr. 6 months of Business relationship. I now order from Temu. Temu uses J&T Express. J&T Express has always delivered. Plus they have a delivery and receiving office in Sergio Osmena. I really loved Lazada & Shopee. But I refuse to be taken for a fool. I pay for delivery. I expect delivery! Until Flash Express is out of business in Sergio Osmena. Or Lazada & Shopee Go back to J&T Express or Ninja Van. I will Boycott their online shopping. Because it is no longer pleasant.

Package already delayed 1 week from May 8 to May 15 Lazada. I could understand and wait, but then waited whole day on May 15 and no delivery came. Then the rider lied and said they could not contact customer when I never received calls. Calling every number they have for customer service, they either don't work or people refuse to answer after a few rings. The only customer service available is a call center in another part of the country giving empty assurances.

Ang pangit tlaga ng service ng courier na to! Yung parcel ko hindi dinideliver ilang days na. Gusto ata kunin pa. Ang tatamad ng mga rider. Ikaw yung masstress contakin sila. Hindi nila ginagawa ng mabuti ang trabaho nila. Jusko!

Just like many others here, my experience with this absolute dogwater of a company has been a waste of time.

I have 2 different parcels (orders from Lazada) set to be delivered today, and yet both riders did the same tactic: I received texts stating "the parcel couldn't reach you, and I check my Lazada order statuses and both state "An attempt to deliver your parcel failed due to 'Customer is unreachable'."

That's funny, they never tried contacting me via message/calls. I also have security cameras pointed towards the street from my front gate, I've reviewed the footage and they did not show up near my home at all.

I know I won't be using Lazada anymore because I don't want to risk getting this shitty courier company again. I'll stick with Shopee. They at least give you a 15 minute window to change your parcel's courier (depending on available options in your area) after you confirmed your order.

The riders pretend to failed delivery but they take the pictures one hour away from our address.
Incorrect number of the rider.
More than 10 day delay for delivery.
Useless customers service.
Dont use this company to ship your things‼️‼️

If only I could just rate this shitty ass courier to 0 star lol. Probably one of the worst and slowest courier out there.

Carrier said customer is unreachable. This is not true. They never tried to contact us. We sent text messages and phone calls. Neither were answered/replied. The do this frequently in our area. We have CCTV cameras at our gate and on our street. There was never a delivery attempt. Very unprofessional.

Hi, nag order ako SA shoppe and si flash express from bigaa branch Yung dapat mag di- dilever Ng parcel ko, kahapon nag deliver si rider and Hindi KO ALAM na kahapon palan Yung delivery Ng item ko at Hindi ako naka iwan Ng pang-bayad for that po and ok Yung usapan kaso that day din po I lost my wallet so nawalan po ako Ng pambayad and nung naka uwi ako Ng house galing SA trabaho nag send ulit ako Ng message Kay rider na Kung pwede IBALIK nalang Kay seller Yung na order KO Kasi nga po Hindi KO mababayaran dahil nga na wala KO Yung wallet KO ta Hindi KO na mahanap nung binalikan KO Kung saan nahulog or naiwan Yung wallet KO... Tapos Ngayon nag attempt ulit Ng delivery si flash express I mean Yung rider Ng flash SA bigaa branch here in legazpi na pinapahirapan KO daw Siya SA pag deliver... My god ni Hindi KO nga masagot Yung mga calls Kasi nasa trabaho ako bawal ang phone SA fast food as crew. Kung Hindi Lang nawala Yung wallet KO EDI SANA NABAYARAN KA AT Ni RECIEVED KO YUNG parcel na Yan jusko... Nag message Naman na ako SA unang nag delivery tapos ganun ang sasabihin na order order ako tapos Di KO daw kukunin.

Their delivery is very worst!! The rider is so lazy. They did not even call or shout or knock on door . If they saw that the door is closed they just leave right a way! And put "the recipient has missed the delivery"! Really a very wost shipping company!

They promise my mum to deliver it. I felt pity to my mum waited for ages in the gate. No one turned up. This company has nothing better service but causes menace to receiver. This company so unreliable need to close special the one in Digos Davao del sur. Lying to their teeth and making false promises of delivery

I am so disappointed with the service na binibigay ni Flash Express. My parcel was from Kalibo, Aklan na pinadala ni seller last March 31 and expected to deliver within 2-3 days, pero until now, April 4 hindi pa dumadating na gagamitin na sana ni baby for pictorial. Paano kasi from Kalibo, Aklan pinadaan pa sa Sta. Rosa, Laguna bago dalhin ng Iloilo.

Damaged parcel ! They treat your property like trash ! They know it's damaged and then expect me to accept it then want me to deal with the hassle of returns, drive 45 minutes each way pay for the gas wait for Lazada to approve the request and I am without the money and no package !!!

Yung parcels Po Hindi Naman mabigat subrang gaan lang Po tlaga pero nag pa add sya Ng 10 pesos or tip nag abot ako sa knya Ng 1000 Hindi ko sumagot sa knya Kong na payag ako na mag add Ng 10. pero paladisisyon si rider hahaha nag bawas tlaga sya Dami Ng rider Ng deliver Dito sya lang naka gawa non partida sa Lazada na electricfan Payun nag binigay Naman ako Ng tip pag alam.ko mabigat may kusa din Naman ko pero Yun Kasi e subrang gaan.lang .. tapos sya pa mismo nang hinge ask kulang Po need Po mag tip sa rider Kong nasa 3rd floor unit ?? Flash express is the worst courier I’ve experienced. Riders are very rude and they even ask me to pick up the items when I already paid for the delivery fee. They will even reschedule the delivery of items without prior notice to the receiver. Never again with flash express!!!!

FLASH EXPRESS IS THE WORST COURIER!!!

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with them. Yesterday, I was supposed to receive my order, but I wasn’t at home, and no one was available to accept it. I informed their customer service and requested to receive the package the following day (which is today).

I waited the whole day, but I didn’t get any call or text message. Instead, they just canceled the delivery without any notice!

I am so pissed because i really need that order of mine and without any prior notice they just canceled it! every single time they are my courier this always happen!

Slow delivery, delivery riders are liars, customer support are useless if you want a hassle inconvinient online shopping choose flash express.

Tracked order status and the have attempted to deliver 5 times but no SMS or call received. Photos submitted by them as proof of delivery shows the parcel on the floor of a warehouse which means delivery attempt claims are false.
