I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent experiences with your delivery service, which have happened twice and caused significant inconvenience on my part.
In both instances, the delivery drivers never called or messaged me about my parcels. However, the tracking status falsely stated that the item was either "rejected by the customer" or "unable to contact." This is disappointing, especially since I made several efforts to contact the riders myself, through calls, text messages, and even Viber (where I could see my messages were read), but received no response.
In one case, I managed to speak with the rider, who politely requested to deliver the parcel the next day. I agreed, understanding his situation. But despite my cooperation, I later found out that the item was marked as “rejected by the customer” and was already being returned to the seller.
Both of these experiences resulted in my parcels being returned to the reseller, and I had to wait for two weeks with nothing delivered.
I hope you can look into this matter seriously and ensure proper training and accountability for your delivery riders. These repeated issues affect not only customers like me but also sellers who rely on timely deliveries.

I have ordered 2 products with Shopee and was sent thru flash express courier.
Both orders were cancelled by sellers because riders tagged as delivery failed attempt. I was waiting for my orders, but the riders did not even contact me.
then I ordered in Lazada and again with flash express courier.
I am so pissed because it was tagged again as delivery failed attempt. the rider did not bother to contact me and just tagged as failed attempt.
I hope the higher ups will be aware of how their staff handle deliveries and customer service.
Rude CSR and poor service
The seller sent the parcel on July 25 but until now the parcel has not arrived. All their agents named Joshua, Jessa, Mardy and Natt are so rude. If I don't push them to take action they will just sit and send non sense canned responses. But worst is coming they are saying that the parcel is now on delivery but I am out of town and no one is in the house to receive it. So my will be either be lost or return to sender which they don't process until I send them a photo of a valid ID. why would I send them? in the first place its all their fault.

My parcel got to the wrong branch and address. I spoke with the courier and they promised that they will send it to the correct one. Mind you same it's the same province, just different branch. I even send them an email to make sure it won't be returned to seller and they replied to verify my address. After that the status keeps on saying they've been calling my number and NO ANSWER WHEN I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALLS. Now, they return it to the seller. WORST COMPANY EVER! CSR IS USELESS.

I have a lot of orders but when the couriers is from Flash Express its always have a lot of reason to delayed the delivery of my order. It said in the Tracker “Customer Unable to Contact” how? If the courier never contacted me. I have a good signal and full bars signal. I already contacted the courier I message him but he never responses to my messages. I had a very disappointing experience with Flash Express. On June 3, 2025, we submitted our items to their branch in Balamban, Cebu. The delivery was supposed to go to Dumanjug, which is just about an hour’s drive away. Yet days passed with no movement, and they falsely claimed the items were already in Dumanjug—even though nothing had actually been delivered.
Adding to the frustration, Flash Express doesn’t have a proper office—just a house depot. Getting in touch with them was difficult, and while they said staff might face penalties, we were the ones who suffered. We lost time, money, and our items were spoiled due to the delay.
After 15 days, the package still hadn't arrived. Based on this experience, I believe the staff, manager, and even the owner acted like scammers. Why hasn't the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) shut them down, especially with the thousands of negative reviews out there?
This was my first—and definitely my last—time using their service. If you want peace of mind and reliable cargo delivery, go with J&T Express or LBC Express instead.

Even one star FLASH COMPANY doesn't deserve. The worst courier service in Philippines, we have parcels via Shopee and been twice the product is totally damages as if they never care how big the sign of FRAGILE we put. We also experience that big amount of money lost because of their negligence of handling the items. Our business spent boxes, bubble wrap and fragile sticker specially a high valuable price of signage but this company doesn't care about their customer's struggle for business.

The (Surigao City) delivery riders don't **ever call you on any delivery whatsoever (no load) but expect you to go out of your way to call them (which they may/may not answer)
They also find it so difficult finding locations within the barangay.
Then @ 5pm to 5.15pm sharp an message comes thru the Lazada app that they tried to contact you which is a blatant lie.
Lazada should refrain from using their services in my opinion....this has been going on for the longest time.

They just failed all 3 delivery attempts so that they can return it to the seller with the reason that they can’t reach/contact the customer which is not true they never tried to contact me, I didn’t receive any calls, I only receive this message “ [FEX] Your parcel ****************** couldn't reach you. Please contact the branch at 9606924833 for any concerns.” repeatedly which is not helpful because they also didn’t reply to any of my texts (to the number attach to the text and the number they used to text me). I even checked the delivery photo from the lazada app (they attached it even though the delivery failed) and noticed that they are not even near my address based on the location on the photo. They are at a different barangay. This experience happens from june 3-6, 2025. Imagine how many days they have to text or call me and decided not to, very unprofessional. If I can rate them without any star I would do it because this also happened before. It cause me so much inconvenience because I have to wait for the refund then look for the same item with good reviews and similar price from other sellers then place another order hoping that I will have different delivery partner/courier so I can receive the item that I need.

Flash Express (Shein) Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Flash Express. The assigned riders never responded to my calls or messages, and there was no update or communication at all. Since the delivery was urgent, I ended up having to pick up the parcel myself, which defeats the whole point of using a delivery service.
This caused a lot of unnecessary hassle and left a bad impression. I hope Shein looks into this so other customers don’t go through the same issue.
