Catrina helped me book my flights to and from Australia in addition to multiple shorter flights throughout my trip. She was extremely helpful and had lots of knowledge about traveling the continent. She even recommended a tour around NZ which was the highlight of my 7 months. She was always available to email and edit flights which was extremely comforting.

Catrina was really helpful during the booking process and suggested something we would not have considered without her expertise. The quotes etc were prompt for the holidays and the accompanying we booked via the Flight Centre was fantastic and a highlight of the trip.
We have been provided with useful info pre the holiday regarding paperwork required which all ensured a smooth trip.

My daughters and I needed to travel to New Zealand at short notice for a bereavement. Flexible bookings can be hard to navigate via online sites, so I knew that Flight Centre UK were my best option. Catrina was able to sort flights out for me, providing me with all relevant information for me to make the best choices on flexibility. Catrina’s knowledge around New Zealand’s visa waiver requirements was also very helpful. We flew to NZ the next day with no issues.
