Catrina (Kingston) was brilliant. We took months to decide on the dates of flights and then made several changes whilst away. Catrina must have dreaded seeing my name pop up in her inbox or my number on her phone, but she was always so helpful and patient in getting things sorted. Thank you!

Catrina was fabulous!
Catrina was fabulous!! As a lone woman travelling to Australia to see my son I was a bit nervous, Catrina planned my trip leaving me with enough time for transfer in Hong Kong so it was a stress free trip. She called to check in on me prior to my travel date so I felt really looked after. Great service!! Would highly recommend!

I needed to fly to USA quickly and…
I needed to fly to USA quickly and Catrina went above and beyond to facilitate this- I was there 2 days later.
She listened intently to my requirements and made some suggestions which definitely made the trip easier.
She is an excellent and patient communicator and answered emails promptly while I was away.
I can wholeheartedly recommend her for her suburb service and will certainly go to see her again next time I fly.

One of the best experiences I've had
I could not fault the experience I had with my latest booking with Flight Centre UK. Chris (Rigby-Jones) was professional, knowledgable and provided excellent customer service. Chris answered all my questions, and as I was booking for my elderly parents, I had a lot of questions. Nothing was too much trouble.
He was also very quick to respond to any questions I had.
Excellent experience and this all down to Chris.
