Luke was extremely efficient and resolved my problem with ease. I will be using this company again as they are so easy to work with and very knowledgeable.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟👍

Customer service was a breath of fresh air, nothing was a problem, only solutions.
I highly recommend Flooring Revolution.

I ordered flooring that was due to be delivered towards the end of August. Unfortunately, close to the date, Briony reached out to explain the floor was not in stock. She offered multiple options to resolve the issue. She was polite and professional and prompt to reply to my emails. My floor arrived today and I am so happy with it. Can't fault my experience. 5 star customer service and even though my experience wasn't straight forward they made sure I was happy throughout.

Terrible experience.
Despite taking my money they did not actually have the product in stock.
Upon picking new item they don’t have that either

Called to speak to the person for a refund and their sales team David hung up on me. Terrible service. Avoid.

Shauna was really helpful and kind Megan was great at resolving my issue.

Great customer service from all the team at flooring Revolution, definitely recommend this company 👍

Problem solved thanks to Melissa.
This was my third order from Flooring Revolution.
I had 5 packs left over from my second order to complete another room so I ordered 8 packs.
On the day of installing I realised the fitting were different.
I contacted the company and informed them and was told someone from Customer Services will get in touch.
Melissa phoned me. She was very friendly, thoughtful and understood my distress.
I was elated when the call finished.
She kindly resolved the problem.
My room is now completed.
Will definitely use Flooring Revolution again
Thanks to Melissa.

The delivery was earlier than expected which wasn't a problem. The ordering system was easy to use and Kevin who I spoke to was friendly and professional
