Update 17/10/2024 - After receiving a call back from Melissa today, we were able to meet an excellent resolution to the issue and all issues with the complaint were rectified. Melissa was very understanding and apologetic for the issues faced and could not have been more helpful. After having this resolved I would definitely recommend and use this company again in the future.

I made an order recently with this company, the flooring was delivered on time and I am happy with the product, however, when they delivered there was one packet missing and when unloading the truck a second was damaged. I totally understand accidents happen so I was fine with it, the driver said they would tlcjase internally to have 2 new replacements sent. After not hearing anything I have tried to make contact via their website twice to chase this and been completely ignored for over 2 weeks. It's pretty unacceptable really.

I received an order on 30/8. I realised later in the day that two of the packs were the wrong colour and so I tried to contact Flooring Revolution.

Whilst there were some issues getting in touch initially, FR have now been in contact with me to apologise and resolve the issue. I would add that this wasn't the experience that I have had with FR previously, and their customer support have been excellent since reaching out, so I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Really helpful customer support. Delivery was prompt and driver was friendly. Haven't installed yet.

I was looking for composite decking and found Dream Decking - the free samples were excellent, to help you make your choice - the delivery went smoothly and although the fitting instructions weren't so clear (we found a YouTube video that was ver helpful) but once installed it looks great - you just pop in the area required and they sort the rest! The only thing we were short of were the clips/spacers - all in all, a lovely product and I'm thrilled with the end result - a few finishing touches and I'll be enjoying my garden for years to come

I ordered click laminate flooring for our hallway from this Company and arranged for a local Company to install for me. Halfway through my project, they informed me that the ‘click’ side of the flooring was ‘odd’ and wasn’t clicking into place. With over ten year’s experience, my fitters informed me that they had never experienced anything like this before. Upon further examination, they discovered that half of the packs of laminate flooring had an entirely different ‘click’ fitment and therefore unusable. I contacted FR who stated ‘we have absolutely no idea what the problem is and have not had anyone else complain about a fault with the ‘click’ fitment.’ Eventually (and after sending images and much wrangling with FR) they agreed to collect the faulty packs and replace. We eventually received the replacement packs, which were AGAIN faulty. We decided to try and source elsewhere to complete our flooring, after having our hallway in a mess for over three weeks. I again contacted FR to collect the faulty packs for a full refund. Honestly, I literally had to contact FR numerous times to get my refund and FINALLY received my refund today, approximately four weeks after their return. Upon reading more recent reviews, I see that this scenario HAS in fact happened to at least one other unfortunate customer, who had 24 packs delivered, with the same issues that I experienced. No apologies from FR whatsoever. In addition, they initially lied to me by saying my refund was being ‘processed’ when after chasing (yet again) another customer service advisor advised that he would now begin processing my refund! No doubt FR will put a different ‘spin’ on things in response to this review, but forewarned is forearmed guys!

I ordered several pack and had to contact customer service to help me with extra laminate. The team put my needs before company’s cost to ensure they source and deliver the products which I needed.

Awful, ordered 25 boxes of flooring, didn't show up on the day they said it would be delivered, then showed up with the wrong stuff, over a week to put right. Rubbish service, only Web chat for complaints, no phone number.

Perfect from start to finish , lovely staff , great communication , prompt delivery , lovely product and great price !! Would 100% recommend and buy from them again . 😊

Do not buy from this company.
There is no after service care or help.
I recived a roll end which had deep lines across the cross the whole of the carpet.
Which will not come out.
They were not intrested and won't do the right thing by replacing the carpet.
The carpet they sold me is unfit for purpose..

Have reported them to Fair Trading...
