I just completed the sports massage therapy Level 3. Though I joined the course after 2 weeks, Ricardo the tutor, an amazing, brilliant teacher helped me out a lot to settle in.

The course in itself is well structured, robust and contains all the materials needed to become a competent therapist. The course is well guided. Having the online seminar / webinars twice a week and a full day of practice at the Focus Fitness UK centre is fantastic and rewarding.

Everyone involved are well versed, experienced, and knowledgeable. Matt always checked me out during my absence and kept me updated about the course and once back everyone helped me out to gain my qualification.

The structure of the course is second to none. It is well guided, very interactive, and enjoyable. It gives hand on the course as well as practice. I highly recommend Focus Fitness UK. Last but never the least the course was above my expectation, and I can not be more delighted.

I recently completed the Level 3 Sports Massage course and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. This comprehensive course covered a wide range of topics, from anatomy and physiology to advanced massage techniques specific to sports injuries. The instructors were not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly passionate about their work, making the learning experience engaging and enjoyable.
One aspect I particularly appreciated was the hands-on practice we received throughout the course. It allowed me to develop my massage skills in a real-world setting, gaining confidence in my abilities. The feedback and guidance from the instructors were invaluable in fine-tuning my techniques.

My experience was good because off instructor.
Matt is a fantastic instructor, and a good specialist.
He explained everything easy for everyone understanding.

I recently completed my course an for me was very good experience .. the venue the coaches I would like to highlight Michael was the first person who I spoke an give me hand to enrol then Matt Brown who as the coach the teacher the motivation for all this too happen this is a place there I definetly recommend
