Having moved homes far too many times for my liking, I’ve often relied on local housing developers’ recommendations for solicitor firms. While they’ve always managed to get the job done, the process has typically involved a lot of chasing, stress, and anxiety as I tried to coordinate all parties involved in buying or selling a house.

I braced myself for a similar experience with my most recent purchase—until I came across Ollie Wilson. From the very start, Ollie took charge of coordinating all parties. To my surprise and delight, he had already updated the estate agents and followed up with the solicitors before I even had the chance to ask.

Ollie’s proactive approach and meticulous control over the process were nothing short of a breath of fresh air. My questions and queries were answered promptly, and he kept me informed every step of the way. Even the estate agents couldn’t stop praising his exceptional efficiency and proactive handling of the entire process.

Thanks to Ollie, what used to be a stressful ordeal was transformed into a smooth and stress-free experience. I cannot thank or recommend him highly enough for removing the challenges and obstacles I’ve faced in the past.

Look, if you're looking for a conveyancing team that'll get the job done, look no further. We'd got a solicitor on board that stopped trading after 11 weeks into the move process and had done very little on our case. I approached Foot Anstey and they managed to get everything done in around 4 weeks. Ask for Emily and Chloe, they are the best. I can't thank or rate them high enough.
