What a pleasure it was to deal with the lovely Trisha today. I needed help covering a child waiting for an operation. Trisha talked me through the whole process, made sure I understood everything and helped me make sure everything was covered for our upcoming trip. The communication was fantastic, and she made everything so easy
I had previously been so worried, but Trisha put me at ease with her friendly, bubbly personality. She is honestly a credit to her team, and I can not thank her enough for helping out in an incredibly stressful situation.
I will be recommending this company in the future to all friends and family!

Another year covered
As a returning customer I thought that having to complete the medical questionnaire again was excessive. Otherwise a relatively simple process to get the policy renewed.

I sincerely apologise for the confusion, I have reviewed your calls to us and the initial phone call was made on our Travel Plus phone line, which was being updated, and we expected it to be ready on Monday. When you called again, we understood that it was our Free Spirit travel insurance policy that you required. I apologise again for the confusion, and for future reference, the best telephone number for Free Spirit is 02392 419080.
As for the medical questions, they are prompted by our medical screening system. One of the medical conditions you declared requires us to ask for further information, such as your height and weight. While your husband's medical conditions didn't prompt these questions. We again apologise for any upset or inconvenience caused by this.
