We bought a beautiful table and chairs and we have been receiving so many compliments how lovely and expensive it looks.
It has been a great investment for our home.
Delivery was spot on! The two young men were so attentive, asked us the preference on the drop off and overall the customer service journey has been great.
We will continue to purchase in the future

Having moved to an old cottage with very narrow entrance doors my main concern was finding a good quality sofa which would fit comfortably through the front door into the living room. It was so helpful to be given the minimum access packaging width which ensured peace of mind for delivery. It was also helpful to be able to order swatches because the photos online don't represent the true colour but I was able to check that I was happy with my colour choice plus the feel and thickness of the fabric. There was no sales pressure at all, particularly as I wanted to give myself time to make sure I had made the right choice and F&C didn't disappoint. Delivery was straightforward, I unwrapped and put the sofa together, by myself, simply slotting the back into place and fitting the feet on. Lots of cardboard wrapping to dispose of but it went out with the recycling cut into smaller pieces. I am a very happy customer! Many thanks for a superb service.

Chairs arrived when they should. Small assembly job although a little pushing required to get a snug fit. For what we paid they are good. Would use the company again

Having ordered 4 chairs which match my existing table perfectly. But the issue I have is 2 out of the 4 chairs actually rock as though one leg is either longer or shorter than the other 3. Sitting on the chairs eliminates the rock. I am hoping that in time these chairs will settle and the rock will disappear.

High quality table which was simple to assemble, delivery was smooth and drivers were extremely helpful in where they delivered it to.

EDIT - Furniture and choice flagged my genuine review as DEFAMATORY in attempt for no one to see.. enough said! I will continue to pursue the matter through appropriate channels! Please don’t waste your money guys

Do NOT waste a single penny or second on this disgrace of a company. I paid £1,429.93 for a "premium" Hampton 3+2 sofa set in March 2026 delivered April and within 3 measly months of normal use, BOTH sofas were falling apart at the seams. The fabric stretched so tight it’s splitting, turning white, and fraying to pieces absolute crap materials and pathetic workmanship. I wish u could upload pictures and the report!!

I reported it 22 July 2026 they dragged their heels then sent their little puppet crew Emmiera Group on 4 August to do a check!! Their own official report ADMITTED the fabric was PULLED TOO TIGHT that’s literally their own words in black and white! But instead of owning their mess, they had the nerve to spin it as a "normal design feature" what a load of utter rubbish! A brand new sofa should NOT be splitting apart in 3 months that’s a DEFECT, not a feature!

Then get this on 10 August they had the audacity to email, flat-out REFUSE a refund, repair (apparently I refused a repair 😂 he told me it couldn’t be repaired), or replacement, slam the door in my face, and CLOSE MY CASE like I never existed! They don’t give a damn about your rights Consumer Rights Act 2015? Never heard of it. They think they can stick two fingers up at the law and get away with it.

This company is a joke from start to finish. They sell cheap crap at premium prices, send biased inspectors to cook the "evidence", and abandon you the second they’ve got your cash. They are dishonest, incompetent & shameless!!

I’ve had to drag my bank into this, file a chargeback I’m going to fight tooth and nail for the money they swindled out of me all because they are too cowardly to stand behind their own products!!

Mess with the wrong customer, and you get exposed. I’m not going away and neither is the truth!! STAY WELL CLEAR.

I won a competition for £1000 off an order, I love my new corner sofa its so pretty and very stylish. I just hope that it will be strong enough to deal with my bouncy 5 year old :) thank you so so much, I couldn't believe my luck, DELIGHTED!!!!

Absolutely over the moon sofa and chair are gorgeous and so comfy ,would highly recommend this company ,so very helpful as well.

I found what I wanted at the right price. Communication was great. And the table was so much better than I had imagined. I loved the contouring and the flaps that come down when you put the insert in so it looks like a complete table.
