Excellent service, high quality chairs at a very good price

Very poor quality- uneven chair legs, split in the wood on a chair, table top marks with the lightest of touch and the join allowing it to extend doesn’t close properly. Emailed and told it was outside the 14 day return policy, however we had only just put it together due to a bereavement. This product is ok but not worth the price at all, quality suggests should be around £200 and not £800.

Purchasing process was easy and delivery was super quick. Ordered late in the evening and received in just less than 48 hours. Very impressed with how quickly it came. All parts were included and undamaged. The delivery driver was very pleasant too.

Absolutely brilliant Sofa! It was so easy to put together 10mins ! The fabric was exactly right and lovely comfortable sofa! My teenager son is really happy with it in his newly decorated games room ! Thank you and great customer service too who helped with any pre sale questions I had. Absolutely beautiful chairs, well made and a stunning addition to our room. Swatches were delivered in two days, so we could ensure the colour went with our decor and then we placed an order for four of them. So glad we used this company and delivery was exactly as stated. Only got the sofa 5 years ago and it has peeled in and frayed looks awful! Complained to customer service who were not one but interested

Lovely furniture and able to choose delivery date

Really love the quality of our chairs. Easy to order online and looked identical colour as on the website. Arrived exactly on the date and time as specified. Well packaged and simple to assemble chairs. Just perfect.

The only negative point I would make, is nothing to do with the company itself but the delivery driver was very aloof, literally knocked on the door and didn’t speak once. I thought he was going to bring another box to the door as went to the back of his van, but he shut the doors and hopped into the driving seat without a goodbye or backward glance. Just a polite hello or goodbye would have been nice.
