Amazing staff and service, highly recommended

I'm always nervous ordering from a business new to me, but I have to say, my experience with Geeky Nerd Toys couldn't have been better. Absolutely over the moon with everything, from beginning to end. Ordered on Thursday, shipped on Friday, arrived on Saturday. Perfection. Gizmo is even more incredible in-person, and the shipping box he arrived in was the OG one. Could not be happier and will be happily recommending this store to everyone I know. Can't wait until Daffy is back in stock! I appreciate all the care taken with my package and speedy delivery as well. Thank you so much for a brilliant experience. So happy I chose this store and over the moon with Gizmo, he's perfect.

Ive used geekynerdtoys for my last few purchases and decided to leave the a review as there customer service is brilliant. i purchased a large 1/4 predator figure to find out it had a dodgy loose arm told the shop they said to bring it straight back for refund or swap without any bother at all i also purchased a 1/4 Jason friday 13th again unfortunately had defects due to Necas poor QC but again they exchanged it straight away there prices also spot on brilliant store would highly recomend

Superb. Nick and his team get online orders shipped out really quickly and take extra care with packaging. Good value too as often cheaper than other toy retailers. Will be using again

Pre ordered a figure in August 2025. As soon as the figure became available in the UK Geekynerdtoys invoiced me for the balance prior to shipping
The order was well packaged and arrived in a pristine condition so I am extremely happy with the service provided.
Just a small point I think it would have been helpful if on my account order it showed payment had been completed and not just the pre order payment .

Most excellent service of items at great prices!

Ordered the neca Samurai predator as a pre-order. Item was offered at a very good price at pre-order. Once item was in stock an invoice was immediately sent, and once full payment received the item was sent promptly. Item was received well packaged and in pristine condition, within 2 days of receiving the dispatch email.
Very good service received and would definitely use this company again.

The predator figure was originally ordered in November 2026 with an expected delivery date of mid December.
Geekynerdtoys did not contact me to explain that the predator was delayed until I contacted them in December.
The figure is great and my grandson loves it.
They could work on there communication with there customers more.

I buy regular from Geeky Nerd Toys and I've never had an issue. Great service and great products.

Ordered a MASK Thunderhawk which was delayed by the manufacturer several times.

The guys at the store were always happy to give updates quickly and when the product did come into stock it was shipped fast and well protected. Not to mention a better price than many other sellers.

Would definitely use GNT again, especially for pre-order or hard to find items. Thanks guys!

Selling pre orders and not delivering them. Months without anwsers. At least they refunded my money.

Ordered an item that had long sold out almost everywhere - the price was cheap in comparison to the couple of places that still had the item available and the delivery was very quick. Item and packaging was in excellent condition too.

I am compelled to write a review, because I have seen some negative comments. I have no issues with these guys, in fact, they have been very responsive with any questions I had, and the product I ordered was delivered within 4 business days of placing the order. Any delays are likely because from what I can gather, they are a smaller company, but it just means response times might not be as sharp as a larger company. Don't knock them for that, support them. Good luck team, you're doing a great job!

The experience I’ve had with this company is fantastic, I ordered an item & it was despatched quickly! Very pleased. Item arrived as described. I will be using them again!
