You are always brilliant and try to help with any problems that arise, professional and friendly, excellent service and the prices are good, the jewellery is beautiful, however I wish that they would use the Zircon accent gemstones all around the jewellery instead of giving the illusion that it is, and when you look into the details you find that it has only got Three or Four in the piece

My items arrived packed well and securely.
I love the tissue with the logo making my opening of my parcel like a present. I've not been disappointed with any of my items. The prices are exceptional and I have no reason to shop locally when the quality and service is exceptional and can get more unusual gemstones not available on the high street.

Appalling customer service
Answer to the comment and request from Gemporia: why you are asking me for all those details if you already have my email address and name and you can easily identify me in your system with this info? Seems like you are trying hard to not recognise my experience as thrue. I have already raised the issue via email as every time i called your customer support line I had horrible experience - they talk like I own them, whereas it is the opposite
Appalling customer service—Tara, the manager on the phone, was behaving silly and rude, and when I didn't want to continue the unpleasant conversation, she simply cancelled my orders without explanation. I deleted my account immediately and have no desire to deal with them again.
Also, just so you know, they might demand identity verification documents at any moment—a photo of your ID, a selfie, and proof of address—as if they were a bank or a government agency rather than just an online store.

Beautiful selection, found what I wanted!
My mum purchased a pair of blue topaz earrings from another vendor and they turned out to be too big for her delicate ears. She was so disappointed so I wanted to buy her a more suitable pair for her birthday on Thursday (20th August). So, I went rummaging on Gemporia and found a truly stunning pair of blue topaz earrings for her.
There’s a really wide variety to choose from and the website is really easy to navigate. The price was really reasonable for the gorgeous earrings I wanted for her. They arrived quickly, came with an authenticity certificate, and were well packaged/protected. I am really very happy with my whole shopping experience with Gemporia, from start to finish.
One little thing, there was no way to seal the gift bag I purchased. It did have a little cutout section on the top rim of the bag, as if there should be something inserted there to tie the top of the bag together somehow, which I did do with my own ribbon, but I feel something should have been provided/attached for easier closure/sealing of the gift bag.
Aside from that, it’s all good. Thank you.

Over glamourising a fairly mundane looking item.
