Need to take more time to understand issues when they come up. As a long-time genealogist 30plus years I'm well aware of issues and what works for the best results, being able to go page by page, having the right page pull up for the person you're researching, and in the order as originally taken at the time of the census, as well as spelling variations and understanding of the abbreviations used at the time such as Wm for William or Danl for Daniel ect, and sometimes just being able to read the old style cursive. Biggest disappointment is making a correction and two years later seeing that has never been done and still that family member is lost in the census.

I'm a 71 year old Vet, and I had tried to get the product on my own. Your representative Renee was amazing. She walked me through getting the best deal. And explained helps and hints to make my use of the product a much more pain free research tool. I'm excited and looking forward using in my family quest. THANK YOU!

There are som quirks. For example, one can set the time parameters by clicking on year, month, etc. but then it is necessary to type in the paramater, eg, mm/dd/yyyy. Once this is done, all the appropriate articles come up at once and can be sorted by date. Generally intuitive.

They were very quick to respond to my request. They couldn’t help me but didn’t try to offer something I didn’t need.

Couldn't find the names i was kooking for.

I contacted them about cancelling a trial membership and the agent was very helpful and the refund has been completed already.

I received the book I ordered through the mail. The package was enclosed in plastic with a message from the USPS that they were sorry, but it was damaged in processing.
The damage was some very strong smelling glue like substance that made my eyes water. I did open it but found that the substance had seeped through the cardboard and had penetrated through to the top of several pages of the book. I repackaged it put it outside since the smell was so horrible.
Went to the Post Office the next day and they said they were sorry they could not do anything and suggested I contact the sender.
I did and reached Renee. She said she would look into what could be done and to keep all of the packaging in case they would need to see it, which I did.
Then I received a message from her saying that the Company would send me a new copy and I no longer had to keep the original book and packaging.
I am looking forward to receiving the new book and learning a bit more about DNA.
