GHD Repair by Fogma Ltd Reviews

I was gutted when my GHD max showed a red light when I turned them on. I had a search for a repair company and decided to send them to GHd repair after reading some excellent reviews and I am so glad I did. I sent them Tuesday and they were repaired and were back with me Saturday. I'm so happy, mush cheaper than buying new. Thank you ☺️

Posted first class on Thursday afternoon a previously repaired mark 5 ghd straighteners on a fixed price repair received completely repaired set back on Saturday morning. Absolutely first class service would not hesitate to use again

I sent my GHDs off on Saturday and got them back, completely fixed and working perfectly, today, Thursday. The whole thing took less than a week. The service was absolutely excellent. There was even a really helpful video to show you how to pack the tongs to ensure they were not damaged.
When I placed the order I made a mistake on my email address. Trevor picked this up immediately (on the Saturday) and corrected it for me. They let me know when the repair was completed and when it would be sent back. Everything happened as they said it would, except faster. I can’t recommend GHD Repairs highly enough.

My straightners were 6 months out of warranty and had minimal use so was gutted when the red ring and beep started from nowhere. Found this site and was doubtful if they could’ve fixed . Well within 4 days they were back with me and in full working order - highly recommend wonderful service BIG Thank you !

What a fantastic service posted my straighteners off for repair on monday and received them back all working on Wednesday

Excellent, perfect service.
I have bought spares from GHD-Repair quite a few times, and have always received them the next day. A really excellent service.
Their website is also a hive of information, with troubleshooting articles and videos, helping anyone confident enough, to do their own repairs.
Fantastic!

Amazing!! I was desperately trying to find someone to fix my GHDs and most places don’t do the platinum plus models but found this page and they fixed them in no time! I’ve had them back for over a month now and they’re working perfectly. Great communication from Trevor and fast service! I couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend!

Posted Friday and back in fully working order on the Tuesday. Amazing service and good value.

Had broken one of the arms of the straighteners and they have repaired it completely! Thank you so much :)

Previously repaired straighteners. Failed within year offered a very reasonable repair rate (wasn't anything to do with original repair) both times quick turn around. Called for advice on Air One happy to help talk through a repair I could do at home. All round great bunch to deal with! Don't hesitate to use.

Came across this company when wanting to find someone who could repair my GHD irons. I can highly recommend this company. I dropped my GHD’s off on Tuesday 4.11.25 and received them back by post the following day in perfect working order. Excellent quick service and very helpful correspondence .

Absolutely amazing service. Sent my platinum plus off and had them back good as new 4 days later! I’m amazed, communication is brilliant too via whatsapp. They also buy broken GHDs and I had a pair of broken ones, I sent them off and I had the money within 3 days! Would highly recommend

Great communication, easy to follow instructions , absolutely lightening speed service. Can’t recommend enough !

Would be seamless if we didn’t need to rely on Royal Mail, which was the only delay to the service. My 15 year old straighteners were repaired quickly and saved me buying new ones for quadruple the price. I love that GHDs are made for longevity and that companies like this exist to repair them when they infrequently need it. Would highly recommend!

The service can’t get any better! Dropped off the hair straightener for repairs. My puppy chewed through the cables. And it was repaired the same day and sent out the next! I had it back within a few days which was awesome! Thank you.

First time using this service and would definitely use again. Really fast turn around and kept updated along the way with what had been done. Posted Wednesday and returned to me Friday. Fantastic service.

Exceptional service - can't fault anything. Posted my straighteners Wednesday following the clear instructions on the website. Received back on Friday, all fixed.
Would recommend.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Set price, no risk, quick return delivery.

Great fast turnaround would highly recommend
