Dawn was absolutely amazing and spent the time to help me figure out my issue with the remote access for my cameras. She was very patient and stayed with me until we actually got it completed! she is amazing!!
I have been a customer for two years
I have been a customer for two years. In general, the technology works. They used the video app xmeye, which was not integrated into the security system app and every time I saw the Chinese characters in the app I wondered if the app was adding malware to my phone. The work they did on the installation was poor. They damaged my windows installing the sensors - over drilled the holes and sensors were too long so looks like terrible. I decided to cancel my subscription and they told me I have to send in a letter telling them that I was canceling the service which I did. They told me that April was the last month and continued billing. After calling them they refunded the overbilling and canceled my subscription two weeks early. Not going to bother calling them back.

GHS is the worst when trying to end…
GHS is the worst when trying to end your contract. I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel their service for a month! I have not used the building the system is in for over two years but have paid the bill and now I do not remember the security password to access the account when calling. I have been told they would send me an email to cancel, never happened. I have been told twice a supervisor would call back, never happened. I am to the point now of ripping the equipment off of the wall and then maybe I can get a response. I will never recommend them to anyone!!!

Great company with great customer service truly appreciate the cool 2gig panel they put on the wall and all of the added features that I can do with my phone from unlocking my door to raising my garage door to adjusting my thermostat and turning my lights on and off .

Both technicians were awesome
Both technicians were awesome. I just wished that the first technician that came out (Caesar) would have asked about where he mounted a wire before he did it. We had another tech come out and remove wire. Other than that everything was fantastic!!
