A great suprise and looking forward to my gift

Keep your original EM confirming that the reward has been approved. In my case it was payable up to 140 days after my broadband switch. That is fine but of course it didn’t arrive and had to be chased. Gift Cloud said it had been sent but this was incorrect as I had put their address into my contacts and also checked spam/junk. Another link was sent.
Clunky process to set up the card as you can’t store the item in your digital wallet.
Did a small test payment which worked so took the whole balance across into a trusted gift card.
Not a scam as some are suggesting but a frustrating process from start to finish.

After months waiting to claim a supposed £70 gift offered by EE I believe Giftcloud runs a low brow marketing gimic which depends heavily on most buyers giving up - exhausted by attempts to claim thier prize. For 3 weeks I have tried to get passed the final hurdle erected to stop this gift ever being used. A 'quick identitiy check' (below) with all emails with the required verification code, if sent at all, disappearing into a black hole. Appeals to their so called customer service (CS) to clear the blockage have led nowhere. A couple of days ago their CS said new emails had been sent re-setting the system - not received of course. Instructions on use are a confused mess. At one point Bitdefender warned me not to proceed to the gift login page - 'there be dragons', too right. Along the way their Chatbox, true to form, said it didn't recognise my/their digital token : 8128-DBEB44-8E47, another means of logging in, why bother issuing them? If you can use it to get the money good luck to you, I have wasted enough time on this 'gift'. Thanks for nothing EE.
