Very happy of Gino's Guitar. The guitar was very well packed and setup (even if I have to play more so that the setup stabilize after the transport and the detuned strings).
The team responds to all the questions and I really appreciated.
Moreover, the web site shows real photos of the guitars.

Customer service reacts quickly even on a sunday 9pm.
Packeging is good.
Guitar was very clean and in perfect shape.
Payment and delivery was done correctly.

Quite bad online customer experience. Just asked for photos of an expensive Custom shop Fender in more natural light, and potentially a sound samples or video of playing the item. Responses were first that they don’t do that, and then wanted to charge 10euros for photos and 15 euros for a video. I have never experienced that from any other vendors online. Besides they were quite expéditive and arrogant in their responses. Would absolutely not recommend. These folks clearly do not need the job.

Assolutamente cordiali e disponibili. Ho comprato ben due Les Paul da loro, una Epi 59 e una Gibson Studio. Mi hanno seguito passo passo anche quando con la Ei c'è stato un problema e loro se ne sono accorti subito . Un rapporto vero tra cliente e venditore, anche a distanza.
Io, potessi, metterei 6 stelle!

Stamattina alle ore 8 e 34 ho acquistato una Fender Professional II stratocaster su questo sito, la parte buona è ti fanno scegliere tra i modelli da loro in possesso con tanto di serial number, e dopo un attenta osservazione avevo trovato ciò che mi piaceva, ed ho subito acquistato pagando per intero importo con bonifico bancario più 8 euro per la spedizione ( l'unico sito dove viene pagata) , ma io non ho dato peso poiché avevo sborsato quasi 2k...inviando Loro l'email di conferma di avvenuto pagamento. Il bello avviene oggi pomeriggio, veniamo chiamati da una Signora alle ore 16 e 30, dicendo che la chitarra in questione era stata appena venduta da una persona che la stava provando e testando da 3 giorni ( MA STIAMO SCHERZANDO!) e se volevo potevo sceglierne un altra, ma ho rifiutato. Quindi se acquistate uno strumento, auguratevi che sia nuova e che non sia stata perlomeno strapazzata da qualcun altro prima che sia arrivata a voi.
Che dire, serietà e professionalità pari a ZERO.
Oggi 22 ottobre ci hanno addirittura richiamato per intimorirci minacciando ed isultandoci, che gentaglia!
State molto attenti a cosa dite o scrivete, che non siamo bambini di scuola elementare, ve ne potreste pentire amaramente!

La sua recensione contiene delle gravi inesattezze. Non è assolutamente vero che non garantiamo il diritto di recesso: è nelle condizioni di vendita e sul nostro sito c'è anche il form per richiedere il reso.

La questione è molto semplice. Lei ci ha chiamato chiedendo come prima informazione come si fa a rendere un prodotto se si fa un acquisto online.

Bene, a questa domanda che sottende una forte indecisione abbiamo risposto come qualsiasi persona di buon senso risponderebbe: se è incerto si rechi in un negozio fisico vicino a provare e già che si trova lì premi il lavoro di chi ha servito e messo a disposizione tempo e strumenti.

Evitiamo di far viaggiare per l'Italia uno strumento, con il rischio che si danneggi, tanto per fare una prova.

Al buon senso risponde l'arroganza di cui vuole avere ragione a tutti i costi,Sono felice che ha acquistato la chitarra altrove, onestamente liberarsi di una fonte di aggressività e negatività come lei è un sollievo. -------Questa è la risposta che mi è stata data!🤦🏻‍♂️ assolutamente non d'accordo in quanto esiste una legge che tutela i clienti per un acquisto online! Come faccio a sapere se uno strumento mi piace se non lo provo??? In quanto venditori di chitarre sapete che ogni legno è diverso da un'altro e che uno stesso identico esemplare può suonare diversamente anche per piccoli dettagli???? Evidentemente non avete voglia di accontentare i clienti e forse siete fortunati che potete vivere di altro oltre il negozio, altrimenti avreste avuto seri problemi in quanto molti fidatevi si lamentano del vostro atteggiamento!!! Per gli altri che possono leggere la storia del mio essere arrogante è completamente inventata! Per quanto mi riguarda viva centrochitarre, tommassoneb,thoman ecc. A cui ovviamente oltre al guadagno pensano anche alla soddisfazione del cliente! Gino guitars bocciato, lo sconsiglierei a chiunque!👋

Deuxième pire expérience de ma vie dans ce magasin. Si votre achat pose le moindre souci en service après-vente vous le regretterez très amèrement et le payerez littéralement. Soyez prévenus!

Le propriétaire est arrogant, malpoli au possible et n'hésitera pas à vous menacer, comme sa réponse ici le prouvera certainement encore une fois.

Lisez également les autres revues négatives relatives à ce commerce, elles sont là pour une raison.

Absolument déconseillé, achetez plutôt chez Thomann ou Music Store par exemple, au moins vos droits en tant que client y seront respectés.

Super happy with my purchase and experience with Gino Guitars.

I ordered a Les Paul Custom Gibson Made to Measure and they guided me through the entire process.

Once the guitar was ready (which was ahead of schedule) they delivered my order in a double box with lots and lots of packaging. They took fantastic care of my purchase.

So much so, I'm considering ordering another guitar from them.

I highly recommend Gino Guitars.
