For Pay Monthly subscription plans, payment for your first box will be taken straight away when you sign up. After this, payments are typically taken on or around the first of the month. On the other hand, if you prefer not to pay for monthly beauty boxes, you can choose to pay up front for 3-, 6- or 12-months plans!Your plan will automatically renew unless cancelled within the term deadline. Love the products, but...
Update: After leaving this review. Glossybox refunded the price of the 5 duplicate boxes. I changed my one star review to four stars
Original review: I love the products. However, I order a total of 6 different boxes and received 5 of the same box. When I contacted customer service, they said they were out of the other boxes and substituted what was in stock. I was disappointed.

Love it but so many problems
I love Glossybox but have had nothing but trouble with getting products that I’ve ordered. The company doesn’t really care that you don’t get what you ordered. Unfortunately I am addicted so I keep ordering. The boxes are great — filled with top-notch products.

I love Glossybox and I miss that you no longer ship the monthly box to the US! And it looks like we are also unable to purchase your summer bag and other limited editions that are exclusive to the UK. I've been a customer for years and I understand shipping expenses and restrictions, but I miss you!

Ich habe mehrfach geschrieben, dass mir Geld abgezogen wurde, ich jedoch keine Box erhalten habe da ich im Urlaub war. JEDESMAL kommt nur ein Copy-and-Paste Text vom sogenannten Kundenservice.. Absoluter Witz diese Firma..
Davon mal abgesehen, dass die Produkte null auf einen abgestimmt sind - womit ja immer so toll geworben wird.. Dieses Profil auszufüllen bringt echt gar nichts...
Bewertungen hier sind locker auch gekauft, wenn man nichtmals mehr Mails an die offizielle Supportmail schicken kann, da das Postfach überfüllt ist (lt. automatischer Rückmail)...
Definitiv KEINE Empfehlung wert!

Past two orders had 1/9 correct
Past two orders had 1/9 correct. It was fun for a bit but now that the shelves are more sparse, I guess, I am not getting anything that I asked for and I feel rather taken advantage of. Yes it is cheap but I am getting the same stuff that I did not ask for over and over again. Waste of money, time, shipping and the labour of the warehouse workers. There is no way to reach anyone.
