This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with, they've not sent or delivered what I ordered. I have requested for a refund, they said they've cancelled my order and made a refund, but I have not received anything for close to two weeks now!

I dislike giving bad reviews but I have got no choice here!

I can not explain it in any brief terms but something went wrong when I tried to download the tracking app.
I am expecting to receive my item tomorrow. Thurs 29th May.
I ordered a locking wheel nut for my 2008 micra.
Order #31880 I reluctantly downloaded the shopping app to track my package. I have 2 cctv cameras on the door and despite stating my package was delivered. No delivery driver or package arrived at my door. I will update once they respond to my complaint.
**Item delivered, correct fit** Royal mail probably went to the wrong address on the 29th and delivered late on 30th. NO fault on Glyn Hopkin, delayed by royal mail.

Product received in time scale and was the correct part

If there were an opportunity, I would not give any stars. I ordered a product from their website, but the item was out of stock so I requested a cancellation and a refund. They told me that they issued a refund however it is still not back in my bank account. I contacted them over the phone, left a voice message, and sent an email and they didn't even bother to reply or provide me with further information about the timeline for the refund. Withholding my money is not acceptable. Also not bothering to reply to your customers is just irresponsible and rude. I will never use their products and services again. A simple communication regarding the refund timeline would have resolved most of the issue. If I don't receive my refund anytime soon, I will raise a dispute with my bank provider which is an extra trouble that I shouldn't have to deal with in the first place. Please stay away from this merchant at all costs.

Phoned them many times (don't answer and to answer phone)!
Leave a message (done a few times now but they don't get back to you)!
Email them, (done twice but no response)!
I am now going to have to drive 10 miles to nearest Glyn Hopkins to try and order the part. The must have zero respect for there customers. beginning to wish i hadn't bought a Nissan now.
Update: instead of phoning the Nissan Glyn Hopkins contact that google finds you, find your local Glyn Hopkins and go direct through them, it worked for me straight away.

Don’t bother using this company they don’t pick up the phone after trying to call the 15 times then next day 3 times 2 emails they don’t come back to you and 1 email to the CEO still don’t come back to you so went to Halfords for my dash cam who was amazing

The website is unusable due to the company's decision to flood the screen with a falling snow overlay. It makes it impossible to select anything on the screen and gave me really bad vertigo. I couldn't even send them any feedback as it's on every page, not just the home page.

Very strange choice.
I gave up and will go elsewhere.

Just received Jeep Wrangler JL rubber mats, only ordered 2nd November and service was first class

Won't use again, an invoice in the package would be nice (I didn't register an account) Also, don't take too much notice of their article photographs..!

they sold me a carwith the air con damaged .I discovered the scam 20 minutes laterand I called them.
Nobody pick upthe phone and replay the call.
Later on they refer me to their services department Who have terrible services .
i am still waiting for them to solve the problem.
Do not buy cars from these people..

This place is defo an email only sort of establishment. If you try and get hold of anyone on the phone you got no chance. That being said I did email over the bank holiday weekend and got a response Tuesday lunch time, package arrived today and was correct. So yeah rough with the smooth I guess. You'll get a better response from emailing, should you need it.

####DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSTORE##### Ordered and paid for new Alloy and they chose to ship DX. Needless to say a week later and still no delivery, carded with no sign of any proof, which cannot be provided by the webstore either! Left messages on phone number and parts email replying with no sign of a resolution.

I have recently bought a set of Renault Koleos roof bars from this company. I had to wait for them to arrive, no issues wish this and received emails to keep me updated. The automated system was the best thing about my experience.
I received the roof bars by DX couriers, packaging was poor, pallet marks on the box. I started to fit them, first one fitted perfectly, the second had been damaged in transit, key bent in the lock and lock came out of the cover. I tried a different cover and found I could open this and there was an issue with the bar.
Today 12th May 2023, I have called this company 12 times and no one answers the phone- why? I have emailed several times and the only response was they were unable to see photos I sent (JPEG’s). What computer system doesn’t have jpeg files? I have requested to have them to call me, no one will call me.

A real lack of respect for their customers and no responsibility to help resolve issues with faulty products. A second rate company that needs to learn how to help their customers. Please can someone contact me by phone to resolve my issues.

Wish I’d checked trustpilot before buying from these cowboys. Ordered a set of four new alloy wheels at what looked like a competitive price. They took the payment online (over £700!) only to email the next day to say they didn’t have any available. They said a refund had been issued but it hadn’t. Chased via email but no response. Chased via phone, answer machine only and no response back. Like many others with a similar experience. Had to register a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, SEEMS TO BE A SCAM.

Seems like a scam.

I urgently need an oil cap replacement... I spoke to Nissan who sent me a link to the item I needed on the Glyn Hopkin website so I just went ahead and ordered it (given that my car make actually suggest this website I assumed that was a good sign!).

A few hours later I get an email saying I will receive a refund (no information about when) then I received another email saying the item I ordered isn't compatible with my car (even though Nissan confirmed it was) and then I received a final email with a suggestion of the correct item... OF COURSE IT IS 4 TIMES THE PRICE!!!

I then went on to their website to have a look into it in more detail and according to their website, the cap I initially ordered (£5.89) is compatible with the same cars that the suggested one is (£30.82).

Tried calling them and no answer at all. I'm not even convinced I'll actually receive my refund if I'm honest.

Really disappointing and wouldn't want anyone else to have the same trouble with something that should be very easy.

I've just received a set of rubber car mats and boot liner from Glyn Hopkin Parts for my new Dacia Duster 2022 model. I wasn't sure whether the ones they had in stock would fit as the car has had a recent update. I emailed the company and they responded very quickly. The items were dispatched the same day (Sat) and arrived the following Monday via DHL. The Mats and boot liner are very good quality and fitted perfectly. Im very happy with my order and the service received.

emailed them again this morning , no response 48 pound for something i have not recieved, bunch of cowboys . DO NOT USE THEM . they never answer phone i leave messages no response 48 pound for a pensioner is a lot of money . robbing ########.

Unfortunately cannot rate at zero. I ordered a new wheel which was showing as available, when I contact them for update, I was told that the wheel is not in stock with indefinite delivery date. No answer on the phone EVER you are told to leave a message, but nobody calls back. You are told to leave a message by email, nobody calls back. I can't even get to talk to somebody to get a full refund which I had to pay 2 months ago.
